then I will make this house like Shiloh and this city a curse among all the nations of the earth.’”

我必驅逐、散於列邦、遭人陷害凌辱、受人詛咒譏刺。

知我譴責此邑、爰其民人、言必使其邑歸於寂寞、其民服於咒詛、爾則中心畏懼、卑以自牧、裂衣泣哭於我前、我許爾所祈、

我耶和華將翦滅爾、垂戒選民、惟予臣僕、必錫新名、

至耶路撒冷及猶大諸邑、與厥王公、使彼喪亡、見之者無不駭愕、怨聲咒詛、今日之事為徵。

斯土既服、以色列會眾集於示羅、而立會幕、

昔以示羅為籲我名之所、以色列族作惡、我既有以處之矣。爾可往觀。耶和華又曰、爾既作此、我數告爾、爾弗聽、我屢召爾、爾不諾、故我所錫爾祖、及爾之地、與斯殿為籲我名之所、爾所恃者、我必敗之、如昔敗示羅然。

萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華又曰、昔我震怒、降災於耶路撒冷居民、今爾欲居埃及、我必震怒、降災於爾、且為人咒詛駭異、受人凌侮嗟訝、不得歸於故土。

非利士人遂戰、敗以色列族、使各歸故幕、大戮其眾、死者三萬。上帝之匱見奪、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈被殺。是日有便雅憫人自裂其衣、以塵蒙首、自行伍間、遁於示羅、

昔上帝在人間、擇示羅之幕以駐蹕、今則遐棄之兮、尊榮之法匱、斯民所恃、茲為敵所遷兮、所得之民、怒之甚烈、俾亡於刃兮、丁男燬於火、處女不奏房中之樂兮、祭司死於兵、嫠婦不作哭泣之歌兮。

其媳非尼哈妻懷妊臨產、聞上帝之匱見奪、舅與夫並死、則艱難倍至、卷曲以產。臨死之時、旁侍之婦曰、安爾心、汝生男子。產婦不答、毫不留意、乃命子名為以迦泊、曰以色列之榮已去。因上帝之匱見奪、舅與夫已死故也。又曰、上帝之匱見奪、以色列之榮去矣。

故我使聖所之祭司、仍從流俗、雅各家以色列族、加以咒詛焉。

何為於所居埃及之地、造作偶像、焚香奉事他上帝、干我震怒、為我棄絶、為列邦人咒詛、凌侮、皆由自取。昔於猶大國、耶路撒冷逵衢爾列祖作惡、猶大王與后亦然、爾與爾妻、更無不然、爾豈忘之乎。至於今日、爾猶不知寅畏、不自怨艾、我所命列祖及爾之律例法度、不復遵從。故我萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、我必罰汝、殲滅猶大族、凡猶大遺民、其志已定、往居埃及、我將滅之、自尊逮卑、戮以鋒刃、因以饑饉、為人咒詛、駭異、受人凌侮、嗟訝、

見爾作惡、深堪痛疾不能復忍、故使爾土荒蕪、無人居處、為人詛咒駭異、今日之事為證。

我以色列眾犯爾律法、不遵爾命、我既獲罪、故爾僕摩西律例所載之咒詛、臨於我躬、

彼將使父慈其子、子孝其父、免我涖臨、降災於斯土。

厥後猶大之民、俘囚於巴比倫者、凡咒詛必指斯二人為口實、曰、願耶和華使予敵人、若西底家亞哈、為巴比倫王炙之以火。
