取耶和華室及王宮之寶物、悉攜之出、又碎以色列王所羅門所製耶和華殿中諸金器、如耶和華所言、

歲首尼布甲尼撒遣人攜約雅斤、及耶和華室之珍器、至巴比倫、立約雅斤叔西底家、為猶大及耶路撒冷王、○

主以猶大王約雅敬、及上帝室之器一分、付於其手、攜器至示拿地、入於其神之廟、置於其神之庫、

我之年數、乃為七旬、如其強健、可至八旬、然其所誇、祇為憂苦、其逝迅速、我去如飛兮、

我亦告祭司與庶民曰、耶和華云、爾之先知告爾曰、耶和華室之器、未幾必反自巴比倫、勿聽之、彼之預言、乃妄誕也、勿聽焉、宜事巴比倫王、而得生存、何使斯邑荒蕪哉、如彼果為先知、奉耶和華之命、則當祈萬軍之耶和華、俾在耶和華室、猶大王宮、耶路撒冷、尚存之器、不被遷於巴比倫、萬軍之耶和華、言及銅柱銅海銅座、暨所遺於斯邑之器、即巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、虜猶大王約雅敬子耶哥尼雅、並猶大耶路撒冷之貴胄、自耶路撒冷至巴比倫時、未取之器、萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、耶和華室、及猶大王宮、與耶路撒冷所遺之器、俱必遷於巴比倫、存於其所、迨我眷顧斯民之日、其時我必返之、復於舊所、耶和華言之矣、

雅各居埃及十有七年、享壽一百四十七歲、

對曰、余旅世年百有三十、我之歲月無幾、且歷艱苦、不及吾祖旅世之年、
