You gave them this land you had sworn to give their ancestors, a land flowing with milk and honey.

You shall observe to do all the commandments which I command you today, that you may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers.

and he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he swore to our fathers.

I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you and to your offspring after you.I will give to you, and to your offspring after you, the land where you are traveling, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession. ‘ Because Yahweh was not able to bring this people into the land which he swore to them, therefore he has slain them in the wilderness.’

Behold, Yahweh stood above it, and said,“ I am Yahweh, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac. I will give the land you lie on to you and to your offspring.Your offspring will be as the dust of the earth, and you will spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. In you and in your offspring, all the families of the earth will be blessed.Behold, I am with you, and will keep you, wherever you go, and will bring you again into this land. For I will not leave you, until I have done that which I have spoken of to you.”

Moreover also I swore to them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;

for I will give all the land which you see to you and to your offspring forever.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am dying, but God will surely visit you, and bring you up out of this land to the land which he swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.”
