又問巴錄曰、爾若何由其口而書此言、請以告我、

又詰之云、爾所書之言、果彼所述否、明以告我。

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, how did you come to write all this? Did Jeremiah dictate it?”

They said to Baruch,“ Tell us. How did you happen to write all these things? Did Jeremiah tell you to do this?”

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, please, how did you write all these words? Was it at his dictation?”

“ But first, tell us how you got these messages. Did they come directly from Jeremiah?”

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, how did you write all these words? At his dictation?”

Then the Pharisees also asked him again how he had received his sight. He said to them,“ He put clay on my eyes, and I washed, and I see.”

Therefore they said to him,“ How were your eyes opened?”He answered and said,“ A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me,‘ Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.”

Then they said to him again,“ What did He do to you? How did He open your eyes?”He answered them,“ I told you already, and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you also want to become His disciples?”
