护卫长将耶利米叫来，对他说：“耶和华你的神曾说要降这祸与此地。

护卫长提耶利米来，对他说：“耶和华—你的上帝曾说要降这灾祸给此地。

护卫长释放耶利米之前对他说：“你的上帝耶和华曾说要在这里降下灾祸，

护卫长把耶利米提出来，对他说：“耶和华你的神曾说要降这灾祸在这地方；

護衛長將耶利米叫來，對他說：「耶和華－你的神曾說要降這禍與此地。

護衛長提耶利米來，對他說：「耶和華－你的上帝曾說要降這災禍給此地。

護衛長提耶利米來，對他說：「耶和華－你的神曾說要降這災禍給此地。

護衛長釋放耶利米之前對他說：「你的上帝耶和華曾說要在這裡降下災禍，

護衛長把耶利米提出來，對他說：“耶和華你的神曾說要降這災禍在這地方；

護衛長將耶利米提出來，對他說：『永恆主你的上帝曾經說到這災禍要臨到這地方的事；

侍衛長召耶利米、謂之曰、爾上帝耶和華、曾言降災於斯土、

侍衛長告耶利米曰、昔爾曹負罪、干犯耶和華、不遵其命、爾之上帝耶和華言、必降災於斯土、今一如其言、爾曹遇難其驗也。

侍衛長召耶利米告之曰、主爾之天主、曾言降災於斯地、

When the commander of the guard found Jeremiah, he said to him,“ The Lord your God decreed this disaster for this place.

But the commander of the guard found Jeremiah. The commander said to him,“ The Lord your God ordered that this place be destroyed.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God pronounced this disaster against this place.

The captain of the guard called for Jeremiah and said,“ The Lord your God has brought this disaster on this land,

The captain of the guards took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The LORD your God decreed this disaster on this place,

Now the captain of the bodyguard had taken Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God promised this disaster against this place;

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him:“ The Lord your God has pronounced this doom on this place.

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, Jehovah thy God pronounced this evil upon this place;

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God decreed this disaster on this place,

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, The LORD thy God hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

The captain of the royal guard took Jeremiah aside and said to him,“ The LORD your God threatened this place with this disaster.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him,“ Yahweh your God pronounced this evil on this place;

All the nations will ask:“ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this fierce, burning anger?”And the answer will be:“ It is because this people abandoned the covenant of the Lord, the God of their ancestors, the covenant he made with them when he brought them out of Egypt.They went off and worshiped other gods and bowed down to them, gods they did not know, gods he had not given them.Therefore the Lord’s anger burned against this land, so that he brought on it all the curses written in this book.In furious anger and in great wrath the Lord uprooted them from their land and thrust them into another land, as it is now.” (niv)

“ People from many nations will pass by this city and will ask one another,‘ Why has the Lord done such a thing to this great city?’And the answer will be:‘ Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God and have worshiped and served other gods.’” (niv)

then I will uproot Israel from my land, which I have given them, and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples.This temple will become a heap of rubble. All who pass by will be appalled and say,‘ Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’People will answer,‘ Because they have forsaken the Lord, the God of their ancestors, who brought them out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them— that is why he brought all this disaster on them.’” (niv)

This temple will become a heap of rubble. All who pass by will be appalled and will scoff and say,‘ Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’People will answer,‘ Because they have forsaken the Lord their God, who brought their ancestors out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them— that is why the Lord brought all this disaster on them.’” (niv)

All who pass your way clap their hands at you; they scoff and shake their heads at Daughter Jerusalem:“ Is this the city that was called the perfection of beauty, the joy of the whole earth?”All your enemies open their mouths wide against you; they scoff and gnash their teeth and say,“ We have swallowed her up. This is the day we have waited for; we have lived to see it.”The Lord has done what he planned; he has fulfilled his word, which he decreed long ago. He has overthrown you without pity, he has let the enemy gloat over you, he has exalted the horn of your foes. (niv)
