永恆主發神諭說：我必使那在邱壇獻上祭物的、和那向他神明燻祭的、在摩押地都止息住。

耶和华说：“我必在摩押地使那在邱坛献祭的，和那向他的神烧香的都断绝了。

我必在摩押地使那在丘坛献祭的，和那向他的神明烧香的都灭绝了。这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：“我要灭绝摩押那些在丘坛献祭和向假神烧香的人。

我要灭绝在摩押那些邱坛上献祭和向他们的神烧香的。”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶和華曰、在摩押四境、無人陟崇邱、焚香奉事其上帝、我使之然。

主曰、在摩押地、凡上邱壇、焚香於摩押諸神者、我必滅之、

In Moab I will put an end to those who make offerings on the high places and burn incense to their gods,” declares the Lord.

摩押人儘管朝見他們的神，儘管在高處作法到累死，又進他們的聖所去禱告，也不能有所成。

底本的居民上高處去哭；摩押人為了尼波和米底巴而哀號；各人頭上光禿，各人鬍鬚剃淨；

和以上這些祭牲同獻的素祭、是用油調和的細麵：配合一隻公牛、要獻一伊法的十分之三；配合一隻公綿羊、要獻一伊法的十分之二；配合那七隻公綿羊羔、每隻要獻一伊法的十分之一；也獻一隻多毛公山羊、為你們除罪；

你因倚靠你自己所築造的、和自己的營寨，你也必被攻取；基抹必出降而流亡，他的祭司和首領必一概流亡。

因為你的神的數目、猶大啊、跟你的城市的數目一樣多；你為「可恥神」所設的祭壇，向巴力燻祭的壇，也跟耶路撒冷街道的數目一樣多。

巴勒宰獻了牛羊，送給巴蘭和陪伴着他的首領們。到了早晨，巴勒領巴蘭上巴力的山丘；巴蘭就從那裏觀看以色列民的邊界。

和以上這些祭牲同獻的奠祭、每隻公牛要奠酒半欣，每隻公綿羊要奠酒一欣的三分之一，每隻公綿羊羔要奠酒一欣的四分之一：這是月月獻的燔祭，一年之中每月都要如此的。
