所以你看，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，我必使人聽見戰爭的吶喊，攻擊亞捫人之拉巴的喊嚷；拉巴必成為淒涼的廢堆山；屬它的鄉鎮必被火焚燒；以色列必把先前佔取他的、佔取過來：這是永恆主說的。

故耶和華曰、時日將至、我必使戰鬥之警、聞於亞捫人之拉巴、俾其成為邱墟、屬邑為火所焚、其時以色列、必據昔據以色列者、耶和華言之矣、

故耶和華曰、時日將至、我必使戰鬥之聲、聞於亞捫族之喇巴邑、城垣變為瓦礫、居民盡遭焚燬、以色列族、昔為敵所虜、後轉虜其敵。

故主曰、時日將至、我必使戰爭之聲、聞於亞捫族之拉巴、拉巴成為荒邱、屬拉巴之鄉里、被火焚燬、敵人昔據以色列之地、今以色列轉得敵人之地、此乃主所言、

But the days are coming,” declares the Lord,“ when I will sound the battle cry against Rabbah of the Ammonites; it will become a mound of ruins, and its surrounding villages will be set on fire. Then Israel will drive out those who drove her out,” says the Lord.

Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will cause the battle cry to be heard against Rabbah of the Ammonites; it shall become a desolate mound, and its villages shall be burned with fire; then Israel shall dispossess those who dispossessed him, says the Lord.

In the days to come,” says the Lord,“ I will sound the battle cry against your city of Rabbah. It will become a desolate heap of ruins, and the neighboring towns will be burned. Then Israel will take back the land you took from her,” says the Lord.

Therefore look, the days are coming— this is the LORD’s declaration— when I will make the shout of battle heard against Rabbah of the Ammonites. It will become a desolate mound, and its surrounding villages will be set on fire. Israel will dispossess their dispossessors, says the LORD.

Therefore behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord,“ When I will cause an alarm of war to be heard Against Rabbah of the sons of Ammon; And it will become a desolate heap, And her towns will be set on fire. Then Israel will take possession of his possessors,” Says the Lord.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard against Rabbah of the children of Ammon; and it shall become a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel possess them that did possess him, saith Jehovah.

Therefore look, the days are coming— this is the Lord’s declaration— when I will make the shout of battle heard against Rabbah of the Ammonites. It will become a desolate mound, and its villages will be burned down. Israel will dispossess their dispossessors, says the Lord.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

Because you did that, I, the LORD, affirm that a time is coming when I will make Rabbah, the capital city of Ammon, hear the sound of the battle cry. It will become a mound covered with ruins. Its villages will be burned to the ground. Then Israel will take back its land from those who took their land from them. I, the Lord, affirm it!

Therefore behold, the days come,” says Yahweh,“ that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard against Rabbah of the children of Ammon; and it will become a desolate heap, and her daughters will be burned with fire: then Israel will possess those who possessed him,” says Yahweh.

我的肺腑啊，我的肺腑啊，我心疼痛！我的心在我里面烦躁不安。我不能静默不言，因我已听见角声和打仗的喊声。

利乏音人所剩下的只有巴珊王噩。看哪，他的床是铁床，按照人肘的度量，长九肘，宽四肘，现今不是在亚扪人的拉巴吗？”

你要划定一条路，使刀来到亚扪人的拉巴，来到犹大，在坚固城耶路撒冷。

我要在战争呐喊的日子，在旋风狂吹时，在拉巴城内放火，吞灭它的宫殿；

过了一年，正是诸王出战的时候，大卫派约押率领臣仆和以色列众人出去。他们打败亚扪人，围攻拉巴。大卫仍然留在耶路撒冷。

所以，看哪，我要把你交给东方人为业；他们必在你中间安营居住，设立居所，吃你的果子，喝你的奶。我必使拉巴成为牧放骆驼之地，使亚扪成为羊群躺卧之处，你们就知道我是耶和华。主耶和华如此说：因你们拍手顿足，幸灾乐祸，藐视以色列地，

耶和华啊，因你的判断，锡安听见就欢喜；犹大的城镇也都快乐。

以色列人夺取这里所有的城镇，就住在亚摩利人的城镇中，包括希实本和所属的一切乡镇。

耶和华要怜悯雅各，再度拣选以色列，将他们安顿在本地。寄居的必与他们联合，加入雅各家。外邦人要将他们带回本地。以色列家必在耶和华的地上得外邦人为仆婢，也要掳掠先前掳掠他们的，辖制先前欺压他们的。当耶和华使你得享安息，脱离愁苦、烦恼，和被迫做苦工的日子，

因你的判断，锡安山应当欢喜，犹大的城镇应当快乐。

摩西按着迦得支派的宗族分产业给他们。他们的地界是雅谢和基列的各城，以及亚扪人之地的一半，直到拉巴前面的亚罗珥；

你的姊姊是撒玛利亚，她和她的女儿们住在你北边；你的妹妹是所多玛，她和她的女儿们住在你南边。你不只效法她们的行为，照她们可憎的事去做，不消多时，你所做的一切就比她们更恶。主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，你的妹妹所多玛与她的女儿们并未做你和你女儿们所做的事。看哪，你的妹妹所多玛的罪孽是这样：她和她的女儿们都骄傲，粮源充足，大享安逸，却不扶持困苦和贫穷人的手。她们狂傲，在我面前做可憎的事，我看见了就把她们除掉。撒玛利亚所犯的罪不及你的一半，你所做可憎的事比她更多；比起你所做这一切可憎的事，你的姊妹倒显为义。你既为你的姊妹辩护，就要担当自己的羞辱。因你所犯的罪比她们更可憎，她们比你倒显为义；你既使你的姊妹显为义，就要抱愧，担当自己的羞辱。”“我必使她们被掳的归回，使所多玛和她的女儿们、撒玛利亚和她的女儿们，并与你一起被掳的都归回；好使你担当自己的羞辱，为所做的一切抱愧，让她们得到安慰。你的妹妹所多玛和她的女儿们必回复原状；撒玛利亚和她的女儿们必回复原状；你和你的女儿们也必回复原状。

论亚扪人。耶和华如此说：以色列没有儿子吗？没有后嗣吗？米勒公为何承受迦得为业呢？属它的百姓为何住其中的城镇呢？

他们必得尼革夫和以扫山，得谢非拉，非利士人之地，他们必得以法莲地和撒玛利亚地，得便雅悯和基列；

约押派使者到大卫那里，说：“我攻打拉巴，也攻占了水城。现在你要召集其余的军兵，安营围攻这城，攻占它，免得我攻占这城，人就以我的名叫这城。”于是大卫召集全军，往拉巴去攻城，就攻占了它。
