耶和华说：“我岂不因这些事讨罪呢？岂不报复这样的国民呢？

我岂不因这些事施行惩罚吗？像这样的国家，我岂能不报复呢？这是耶和华说的。

主曰、有若是之事、我豈能不降罰、有若是之民、我豈能不報復、

I will surely punish them for doing such things!” says the LORD.“ I will surely bring retribution on such a nation as this!”

我又要使刀剑临到你们，报复你们背约的仇；聚集你们在各城内，降瘟疫在你们中间，也必将你们交在仇敌的手中。 (cunps)

至于献给我的祭物，他们自食其肉，耶和华却不悦纳他们。现在必记念他们的罪孽，追讨他们的罪恶；他们必归回埃及。 (cunps)

“我要这样成就怒中所定的；我向他们发的忿怒止息了，自己就得着安慰。我在他们身上成就怒中所定的那时，他们就知道我耶和华所说的是出于热心；并且我必使你在四围的列国中，在经过的众人眼前，成了荒凉和羞辱。这样，我必以怒气和忿怒，并烈怒的责备，向你施行审判。那时，你就在四围的列国中成为羞辱、讥刺、警戒、惊骇。这是我耶和华说的。 (cunps)
