When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.

耶和华在海上刮起大风，海就狂风大作，船几乎破裂。

耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出声音，就有冰雹和火炭。

耶和华以能力创造大地，以智慧建立世界，以聪明铺张穹苍。他一出声，天上就有众水澎湃；他使云雾从地极上腾，造电随雨而闪，从仓库中吹出风来。

基路伯翅膀的响声传到外院，好像全能神说话的声音。

他一出令，这些就都融化，他使风刮起，水便流动。

神记念挪亚和挪亚方舟里的一切走兽牲畜。神使风吹地，水势渐落。

或为责罚，或为他的地，或为慈爱，都是他所行的。

“你能向密云扬起声来，使倾盆的雨遮盖你吗？你能发出闪电，使它们行走，并对你说‘我们在这里’吗？谁将智慧放在朱鹭中？谁将聪明赐给雄鸡？谁能用智慧数算云彩？谁能倾倒天上的瓶呢？那时，尘土聚集成团，土块紧紧结连。

就是那驾行在亘古的诸天之上的主！听啊，他发出声音，是极大的声音。

摩西向海伸手，耶和华就用强劲的东风，使海水在一夜间退去，海就成了干地；水分开了。

听啊，听他轰轰的声音，是神口中所发的响声。他发响声震遍天下，他的闪电直到地极。随后，人听见他的声音，是那轰轰的声音；他发出威严的雷声，而不加以遏止。神发出奇妙的雷声；他行大事，我们不能测透。他对雪说：‘要降在地上’；对大雨和暴雨也是这样说。他封住各人的手，叫所造的万人都知道他的作为。野兽进入穴中，卧在自己洞内。暴风来自内宫，寒冷出于狂风。神嘘气成冰，凝结宽阔之水，使密云盛满水气，乌云散布闪电。

你有神那样的膀臂吗？你能像他那样发雷声吗？

你的斥责一发，水就奔逃；你的雷声一发，水就奔流。

耶和华转变风向，使强劲的西风吹来，把蝗虫刮起，吹入红海；在埃及全境连一只也没有留下。

万邦喧嚷，国度动摇；神出声，地就熔化。

他令东风吹在天空，用能力引来南风。

太阳出来的时候，神安排炎热的东风，太阳曝晒约拿的头，使他发昏，他就为自己求死，说：“我死了比活着更好！”

看哪，神崇高，我们不能知道；他的年数，不能测度。因他吸取水点，水点就从云雾中变成雨；云彩将雨落下，沛然降于世人。又有谁能明白密云如何铺张，和神行宫的雷声呢？看哪，他的亮光普照自己的四围；他覆盖海的深处。因他用这些审判众民，又赐丰富的粮食。他以闪电遮手掌，命令它击中靶子。所发的雷声将他显明，牲畜也指明要起暴风。”

“你曾进入雪之库，或见过雹的仓吗？

耶和华说：“以色列人哪，我岂不是看你们如古实人吗？我岂不是领以色列人出埃及地，也领非利士人出迦斐托，领亚兰人出吉珥吗？

耶稣说：“你们这些小信的人哪，为什么胆怯呢？”于是他起来，斥责风和海，风和海就大大平静了。众人惊讶地说：“这是怎样的一个人？连风和海都听从他。”

耶和华的声音在众水上，荣耀的神打雷；耶和华打雷在大水之上。耶和华的声音大有能力，耶和华的声音满有威严。耶和华的声音震碎香柏树，耶和华震碎黎巴嫩的香柏树。他使黎巴嫩跳跃如牛犊，使西连跳跃如野牛犊。耶和华的声音使火焰分岔。耶和华的声音震动旷野，耶和华震动加低斯的旷野。耶和华的声音惊动母鹿落胎，树林也脱落净光。凡在他殿中的，都述说他的荣耀。耶和华坐在洪水之上为王；耶和华坐着为王，直到永远。

摩西就向埃及地伸杖；整整一昼一夜，耶和华使东风刮在埃及地上，到了早晨，东风把蝗虫刮了来。
