求你將我的罪孽洗滌淨盡，潔除我的罪！

亞比該起來叩拜，俯伏在地，說：「看哪，你的使女情願作婢女，為我主的僕人洗腳。」

「在那日，因罪惡與污穢的緣故，必有一泉源為大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民而開。」

我們從前也是無知、悖逆、受迷惑，作各樣私慾和宴樂的奴隸，在惡毒、嫉妒中度日，是可恨的，而且彼此相恨。但到了我們救主神的恩慈和慈愛顯明的時候，他救了我們，並不是因我們自己所行的義，而是照他的憐憫，藉着重生的洗和聖靈的更新。

從前你們中間也有人是這樣；但現在你們奉主耶穌基督的名，並藉着我們神的靈，已經洗淨，已經成聖，已經稱義了。

我必灑清水在你們身上，你們就潔淨了。我要潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切的污穢，棄絕一切的偶像。

以利沙派一個使者，對乃縵說：「去，在約旦河中沐浴七次，你的肉就必復原，你會得潔淨。」乃縵卻發怒走了。他說：「看哪，我以為他必定會出來，到我這裏，站着求告耶和華－他神的名，在患處上搖手，治好這痲瘋。大馬士革的亞瑪拿河和法珥法河豈不比以色列的一切水更好嗎？我難道不可以在那裏沐浴而得潔淨嗎？」於是他生氣，轉身走了。他的僕人近前來，對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你豈不做嗎？何況是吩咐你去沐浴，得潔淨呢？」

現在你為甚麼躭延呢？起來，受洗，求告他的名，洗去你的罪。』」

那麼，我們該用誠心和充足的信心，同已蒙潔淨、無虧的良心，和清水洗淨了的身體來親近神。

耶穌對他說：「凡洗過澡的人不需要再洗，只要把腳一洗，全身就乾淨了。你們是乾淨的，然而不都是乾淨的。」

你們要洗滌、自潔，從我眼前除掉惡行；要停止作惡，

要帶亞倫和他兒子到會幕的門口，用水洗他們。

我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他向我說：「這些人是從大患難中出來的，他們曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得潔白。
