耶稣在耶路撒冷过逾越节的时候，有许多人看见他所行的神迹，就信了他的名。

“你所有的男丁要在除酵节、七七节、住棚节，一年三次，在耶和华—你神所选择的地方朝见他，不可空手朝见耶和华。

这人夜里来见耶稣，对他说：“拉比，我们知道你是由神那里来作老师的；因为你所行的神迹，若没有神同在，无人能行。”

犹太人的逾越节近了，耶稣上耶路撒冷去。他看见圣殿里有卖牛羊和鸽子的，还有兑换银钱的人坐着，耶稣就拿绳子做成鞭子，把所有的，包括牛羊都赶出圣殿，倒出兑换银钱之人的银钱，推翻他们的桌子，又对卖鸽子的说：“把这些东西拿走！不要把我父的殿当作买卖的地方。”

那里的人不接待他，因为他面向着耶路撒冷去。

耶稣回来的时候，众人迎接他，因为他们都等候着他。

当他十二岁的时候，他们按着过节的规矩上去。守满了节期，他们回去，孩童耶稣仍旧在耶路撒冷。他的父母并不知道，以为他在同行的人中间，走了一天的路程才在亲属和熟悉的人中找他，

耶稣走遍加利利，在各会堂里教导人，宣讲天国的福音，医治百姓各样的疾病。他的名声传遍了叙利亚。那里的人把一切病人，就是有各样疾病和疼痛的、被鬼附的、癫痫的、瘫痪的，都带了来，耶稣就治好了他们。
