“ Go,” Jesus replied,“ your son will live.” The man took Jesus at his word and departed.

耶稣对百夫长说：“你回去吧！照你的信心成全你了。”就在那时，他的僮仆好了。

耶稣看见，就对他们说：“你们去，把身体给祭司检查。”他们正去的时候就洁净了。

他听保罗讲道；保罗定睛看他，见他有信心，可得痊愈，就大声说：“起来！两脚站直。”那人就跳起来，开始行走。

耶稣对他说：“‘你若能’，在信的人，凡事都能。”孩子的父亲立刻喊着说：“我信；求你帮助我的不信！”

以利亚对她说：“不要怕！你去照你所说的做吧！只要先为我做一个小饼，拿来给我，然后为你和你的儿子做饼；因为耶和华—以色列的神如此说：‘坛内的面必不用尽，瓶里的油必不短缺，直到耶和华使雨降在地上的日子。’”妇人就照以利亚的话去做。她和以利亚，以及她家中的人，吃了许多日子。

他认为神甚至能使人从死人中复活，意味着他得回了他的儿子。

耶稣对她说：“凭着这句话，你回去吧，鬼已经离开你的女儿了。”她就回家去，见小孩子躺在床上，鬼已经出去了。

仍仰望神的应许，总没有因不信而起疑惑，反倒因信而刚强，将荣耀归给神，且满心相信神所应许的必能成就。

耶稣对她说：“我不是对你说过，你若信就必看见神的荣耀吗？”
