Therefore they asked him,“ Then how were your eyes opened?”

他們就問他：“你的眼睛是怎樣開的呢？”

於是他們對他說：『那你眼睛是怎麼開的呢？』

他們問他：「那麼，你的眼睛是怎麼開的呢？」

眾曰、爾目何以啟、

眾曰、爾目如何得明、

眾問曰、爾目何以得明、

眾問曰：『汝目何由得啟？』

“ How then were your eyes opened?” they asked.

“ Then how were your eyes opened?” they asked.

So they said to him,“ Then how were your eyes opened?”

They asked,“ Who healed you? What happened?”

So they asked him,“ Then how were your eyes opened?”

So they were saying to him,“ How then were your eyes opened?”

Therefore they said to him,“ How were your eyes opened?”

They said therefore unto him, How then were thine eyes opened?

Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?

So they asked him,“ How then were you made to see?”

They therefore were asking him,“ How were your eyes opened?”

But someone will say,“ How are the dead raised? What kind of body will they have when they come?”

So again the Pharisees asked him how he received his sight.“ He put mud on my eyes,” he told them.“ I washed and I can see.”

Then they asked him,“ What did He do to you? How did He open your eyes?”

Just as you don’t know the path of the wind, or how bones develop in the womb of a pregnant woman, so you don’t know the work of God who makes everything.

he sleeps and rises— night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows— he doesn’t know how.

“ How can these things be?” asked Nicodemus.

“ But we don’t know how he now sees, and we don’t know who opened his eyes. Ask him; he’s of age. He will speak for himself.”
