The tents of marauders are undisturbed, and those who provoke God are secure— those God has in his hand.

Why doesn’t anyone bother the tents of robbers? Why do those who make God angry remain secure? They are in God’s hands!

The tents of robbers are at peace, and those who provoke God are secure, who bring their god in their hand.

I have seen a wicked and ruthless man flourishing like a luxuriant native tree, (niv)

Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong; (niv)

By your hand save me from such people, Lord, from those of this world whose reward is in this life. May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies; may their children gorge themselves on it, and may there be leftovers for their little ones. (niv)

Like cages full of birds, their houses are full of deceit; they have become rich and powerful (niv)
