you should fear the sword yourselves; for wrath will bring punishment by the sword, and then you will know that there is judgment.”

But you should be afraid when God comes to judge you. He’ll be angry. He’ll punish you with his sword. Then you will know that he is the Judge.”

因為人所做的事，連一切隱藏的事，無論是善是惡，神都必審問。

年輕人哪，你在年少時當快樂；在年輕時使你的心歡暢，做你心所願做的，看你眼所愛看的；卻要知道，為這一切，神必審問你。

你們要為神說不義的話嗎？要為他說詭詐的言語嗎？你們要看神的情面嗎？要為他爭辯嗎？他查究你們，這豈是好事嗎？人欺騙人，你們也要照樣欺騙他嗎？你們若暗中看人的情面，他必定要責備你們。他的尊榮豈不叫你們懼怕嗎？他豈不使驚嚇臨到你們嗎？

因此，當審判的時候惡人必站立不住，罪人在義人的會眾中也是如此。

義人見仇敵遭報就歡喜，他要在惡人的血中洗腳。因此，人必說：「義人誠然有善報，在地上果然有施行審判的神！」

惟耶和華坐在王位上，直到永遠；他已經為審判擺設寶座。

「你們不要評斷別人，免得你們被審判。因為你們怎樣評斷別人，也必怎樣被審判；你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們。

他豈是因你敬畏的心就責備你，審判你嗎？

他不信自己能從黑暗中轉回；他被刀劍看守。

在上有權柄的，人人要順服，因為沒有權柄不是來自神的。掌權的都是神所立的。所以，抗拒掌權的就是抗拒神所立的；抗拒的人必自招審判。作官的原不是要使行善的懼怕，而是要使作惡的懼怕。你願意不懼怕掌權的嗎？只要行善，你就可得他的稱讚；因為他是神的用人，是與你有益的。你若作惡，就該懼怕，因為他不是徒然佩劍；他是神的用人，為神的憤怒，報應作惡的。

弟兄們，不可彼此詆毀。詆毀弟兄或評斷弟兄的人，就是詆毀律法，評斷律法；你若評斷律法，就不是遵行律法，而是評斷者了。立法者和審判者只有一位；他就是那能拯救人也能毀滅人的。你是誰，竟敢評斷你的鄰舍！
