“ Dominion and awe belong to God; he establishes order in the heights of heaven.

“ God is King. He should be feared. He establishes peace in the highest parts of heaven.

“ Dominion and fear are with God; he makes peace in his high heaven.

“ God is powerful and dreadful. He enforces peace in the heavens.

Dominion and dread belong to him, the one who establishes harmony in his heights.

“ Dominion and fear belong to Him; He makes peace in His high places.

Dominion and fear are with him; He maketh peace in his high places.

Dominion and dread belong to Him, the One who establishes harmony in the heavens.

“ Dominion and awesome might belong to God; he establishes peace in his heights.

“ Dominion and fear are with him. He makes peace in his high places.

and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

“ In truth I know that this is so; But how can a person be in the right with God?If one wished to dispute with Him, He could not answer Him once in a thousand times.Wise in heart and mighty in strength, Who has defied Him without harm?It is God who removes the mountains, and they do not know how, When He overturns them in His anger.It is He who shakes the earth from its place, And its pillars tremble;Who commands the sun not to shine, And puts a seal on the stars;Who alone stretches out the heavens, And tramples down the waves of the sea;Who makes the Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades, And the constellations of the south.It is He who does great things, the unfathomable, And wondrous works without number.

“ The departed spirits are made to tremble Under the waters and their inhabitants.Sheol is naked before Him, And Abaddon has no covering.He stretches out the north over empty space And hangs the earth on nothing.He wraps up the waters in His clouds, And the cloud does not burst under them.He obscures the face of the full moon And spreads His cloud over it.He has inscribed a circle on the surface of the waters At the boundary of light and darkness.The pillars of heaven tremble And are amazed at His rebuke.With His power He quieted the sea, And by His understanding He shattered Rahab.By His breath the heavens are cleared; His hand has pierced the fleeing serpent.Behold, these are the fringes of His ways; And how faint a word we hear of Him! But His mighty thunder, who can understand?”

Creating the praise of the lips. Peace, peace to him who is far away and to him who is near,” Says the Lord,“ and I will heal him.”

The Lord reigns, the peoples tremble! He sits enthroned above the cherubim, the earth quakes!The Lord is great in Zion, And He is exalted above all the peoples.May they praise Your great and awesome name; Holy is He.

and they* said to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the sight of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;

Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and on the earth; Yours is the dominion, Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.

There is none like You, Lord; You are great, and Your name is great in might.Who would not fear You, O King of the nations? For it is Your due! For among all the wise men of the nations And in all their kingdoms, There is none like You.

to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority before all time and now and forever. Amen.

and that He might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the hostility.And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near;

Or do you have an arm like God, And can you thunder with a voice like His?“ Adorn yourself with pride and dignity, And clothe yourself with honor and majesty.Let out your outbursts of anger, And look at everyone who is arrogant, and humble him.Look at everyone who is arrogant, and humble him, And trample down the wicked where they stand.Hide them together in the dust; Imprison them in the hidden place.Then I will also confess to you, That your own right hand can save you.

For this is what the high and exalted One Who lives forever, whose name is Holy, says:“ I dwell in a high and holy place, And also with the contrite and lowly of spirit In order to revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of the contrite.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying,“ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.He made Him who knew no sin to be sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

“ But at the end of that period, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever; For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, And His kingdom endures from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are of no account, But He does according to His will among the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of earth; And no one can fend off His hand Or say to Him,‘ What have You done?’At that time my reason returned to me. And my majesty and splendor were restored to me for the honor of my kingdom, and my state counselors and my nobles began seeking me out; so I was reestablished in my sovereignty, and surpassing greatness was added to me.Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt, and honor the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just; and He is able to humble those who walk in pride.”

“ Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’
