他一出声，天上就有众水澎湃；他使云雾从地极上腾，造电随雨而闪，从仓库中吹出风来。

我必使它荒废，不再修剪，不再锄草，任荆棘蒺藜生长；我也必吩咐密云，不再降雨在其上。

神说：“众水之间要有穹苍，把水和水分开。”神就造了穹苍，把穹苍以下的水和穹苍以上的水分开。事就这样成了。

使密云盛满水气，乌云散布闪电。云藉着他的指引游行旋转，在世界的地面上行他一切所吩咐的，或为责罚，或为他的地，或为慈爱，都是他所行的。“约伯啊，侧耳听这话，要站立，思想神奇妙的作为。你知道神如何安排这些，如何使云中的闪电照耀吗？你知道云彩如何浮于空中，知识全备者奇妙的作为吗？
