He wraps up the waters in his clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their weight.

誰升天又降下來？誰聚風在手掌中？誰包水在衣服裏？誰立定地的四極？他名叫甚麼？他兒子名叫甚麼？你知道嗎？

他一出聲，天上就有眾水澎湃；他使雲霧從地極上騰，造電隨雨而閃，從倉庫中吹出風來。

我必使它荒廢，不再修剪，不再鋤草，任荊棘蒺藜生長；我也必吩咐密雲，不再降雨在其上。

神說：「眾水之間要有穹蒼，把水和水分開。」神就造了穹蒼，把穹蒼以下的水和穹蒼以上的水分開。事就這樣成了。

他乘坐基路伯飛行，藉着風的翅膀快飛，以黑暗為藏身之處，以水的黑暗、天空的密雲作四圍的行宮。

他使雲霧從地極上騰，造電隨雨而閃，從倉庫中吹出風來。

又有誰能明白密雲如何鋪張，和神行宮的雷聲呢？

是我用雲彩當海的衣服，用幽暗當包裹它的布，

誰能用智慧數算雲彩？誰能傾倒天上的瓶呢？

使密雲盛滿水氣，烏雲散佈閃電。雲藉着他的指引遊行旋轉，在世界的地面上行他一切所吩咐的，或為責罰，或為他的地，或為慈愛，都是他所行的。「約伯啊，側耳聽這話，要站立，思想神奇妙的作為。你知道神如何安排這些，如何使雲中的閃電照耀嗎？你知道雲彩如何浮於空中，知識全備者奇妙的作為嗎？
