心不虔者、積累震怒、雖受束縛、而不祈求、

頑梗之人、積愆干怒、無祈禱之心、上帝罰其罪。

心邪之人、積愆干怒、雖受束縛、仍不祈禱、

“ The godless in heart harbor resentment; even when he fetters them, they do not cry for help.

“ Those whose hearts are ungodly are always angry. Even when God puts them in chains, they don’t cry out for help.

“ The godless in heart cherish anger; they do not cry for help when he binds them.

For the godless are full of resentment. Even when he punishes them, they refuse to cry out to him for help.

Those who have a godless heart harbor anger; even when God binds them, they do not cry for help.

But the godless in heart nurture anger; They do not call for help when He binds them.

“ But the hypocrites in heart store up wrath; They do not cry for help when He binds them.

But they that are godless in heart lay up anger: They cry not for help when he bindeth them.

Those who have a godless heart harbor anger; even when God binds them, they do not cry for help.

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. (niv)

But if people are bound in chains, held fast by cords of affliction, (niv)

For what hope have the godless when they are cut off, when God takes away their life?Does God listen to their cry when distress comes upon them?Will they find delight in the Almighty? Will they call on God at all times? (niv)

He asked,‘ How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.“ Then the king told the attendants,‘ Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ (niv)

“ People cry out under a load of oppression; they plead for relief from the arm of the powerful.But no one says,‘ Where is God my Maker, who gives songs in the night, (niv)

In his time of trouble King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord. (niv)

Some sat in darkness, in utter darkness, prisoners suffering in iron chains, (niv)

“ You must not bring those prisoners here,” they said,“ or we will be guilty before the Lord. Do you intend to add to our sin and guilt? For our guilt is already great, and his fierce anger rests on Israel.” (niv)

“ And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel. (niv)

But you even undermine piety and hinder devotion to God. (niv)
