云藉着他的指引游行旋转，在世界的地面上行他一切所吩咐的，

云随祂的指令旋转，在地面之上完成祂的吩咐，

电光照着神的指引来往旋转，在地球上行他一切所吩咐的。

這雲是藉他的指引游行旋轉，得以在全地面上行他一切所吩咐的，

電光照著神的指引來往旋轉，在地球上行他一切所吩咐的。

這電光隨着上帝的指揮游行旋轉，得以在大地之世界行上帝一切所吩咐的。

依其引導、旋轉往還、運行於全地、悉遵厥命、

氣候推遷、俱遵主命、行乎天下、皆成其意、

雲氣以天主之旨旋轉游行、所行於地、皆遵天主之命、

At his direction they swirl around over the face of the whole earth to do whatever he commands them.

He directs the clouds to circle above the surface of the whole earth. They do everything he commands them to do.

They turn around and around by his guidance, to accomplish all that he commands them on the face of the habitable world.

The clouds churn about at his direction. They do whatever he commands throughout the earth.

They swirl about, turning round and round at his direction, accomplishing everything he commands them over the surface of the inhabited world.

It changes direction, turning around by His guidance, That it may do whatever He commands it On the face of the inhabited earth.

And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance, That they may do whatever He commands them On the face of the whole earth.

And it is turned round about by his guidance, That they may do whatsoever he commandeth them Upon the face of the habitable world,

They swirl about, turning round and round at His direction, accomplishing everything He commands them over the surface of the inhabited world.

And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

The clouds go round in circles, wheeling about according to his plans, to carry out all that he commands them over the face of the whole inhabited world.

It is turned around by his guidance, that they may do whatever he commands them on the surface of the habitable world,

火焰、冰雹、雪花、雲霞和聽祂吩咐的狂風啊，

「我在收割前三個月停止降雨。我在一座城降雨，在另一座城不降雨；我使一塊田有雨水的滋潤，另一塊田因無雨而乾裂。

他們擁有權能，在傳道期間可以關閉天空使雨不降在地上，又有權使水變成血，並隨時用各樣的災禍擊打世界。

以利亞先知和我們一樣同是血肉之軀，他懇切地祈求不要下雨，結果三年半沒有下雨。後來他再禱告求雨，天就降雨，地也長出了莊稼。

錫安的人民啊，你們應當歡喜快樂，從你們的上帝耶和華那裡得到喜樂。因為祂按時降下甘霖，像從前一樣賜給你們秋雨、春雨。

耶和華啊，你的創造多麼繁多！你用智慧造了這一切，大地充滿了你創造的萬物。

你眷顧大地，降下沛雨，使土地肥沃富饒。上帝啊，你使江河湧流不息，澆灌大地，為世人預備五穀。你降下甘霖，澆透壟溝，滋潤壟背，使地鬆軟、長出莊稼。

在列國供奉的偶像中，誰能賜下雨水呢？天能自降甘霖嗎？我們的上帝耶和華啊，難道不是只有你能行這些事嗎？是你賜雨水降甘霖，所以我們仰望你。
