For He says to the snow,‘ Fall on the earth’; Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength.

他吩咐雪說：「要下在地上！」也吩咐大雨暴雨：「要使勁地下！」

命雪雨於地、降細雨與大雨、

上帝降雪霏微、下雨滂沱、

命雪降於地、以大能下雨滂沱、

He says to the snow,‘ Fall on the earth,’ and to the rain shower,‘ Be a mighty downpour.’

He says to the snow,‘ Fall on the earth.’ He tells the rain,‘ Pour down your mighty waters.’

For to the snow he says,‘ Fall on the earth,’ likewise to the downpour, his mighty downpour.

“ He directs the snow to fall on the earth and tells the rain to pour down.

For he says to the snow,“ Fall to the earth,” and the torrential rains, his mighty torrential rains,

For to the snow He says,‘ Fall on the earth,’ And to the downpour and the rain,‘ Be strong.’

For he saith to the snow, Fall thou on the earth; Likewise to the shower of rain, And to the showers of his mighty rain.

For He says to the snow,“ Fall to the earth,” and the torrential rains, His mighty torrential rains,

For he saith to the snow, Be thou[ on] the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

For to the snow he says,‘ Fall to earth,’ and to the torrential rains,‘ Pour down.’

For he says to the snow,‘ Fall on the earth,’ likewise to the shower of rain, and to the showers of his mighty rain.

For He draws up drops of water, Which distill as rain from the mist,

“ Have you entered the treasury of snow, Or have you seen the treasury of hail,

He gives snow like wool; He scatters the frost like ashes;He casts out His hail like morsels; Who can stand before His cold?He sends out His word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow, and the waters flow.

And it came to pass after seven days that the waters of the flood were on the earth.In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:“ I will cause a stormy wind to break forth in My fury; and there shall be a flooding rain in My anger, and great hailstones in fury to consume it.

A poor man who oppresses the poor Is like a driving rain which leaves no food.

Fire and hail, snow and clouds; Stormy wind, fulfilling His word;

and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.“ But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

He who builds His layers in the sky, And has founded His strata in the earth; Who calls for the waters of the sea, And pours them out on the face of the earth— The Lord is His name.

But there are many people; it is the season for heavy rain, and we are not able to stand outside. Nor is this the work of one or two days, for there are many of us who have transgressed in this matter.

say to those who plaster it with untempered mortar, that it will fall. There will be flooding rain, and you, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall tear it down.

So all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered at Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth of the month; and all the people sat in the open square of the house of God, trembling because of this matter and because of heavy rain.
