Wilt thou hunt the prey for the lion? or fill the appetite of the young lions,

狮子在洞中蹲伏，在藏身之处躺卧埋伏的时候，

母獅子在洞中蹲伏，少壯獅子在隱密處埋伏；你能為牠們抓取食物，使牠們飽足嗎？

「你能為母獅抓取獵物，使少壯的獅子飽足嗎？

「你能為母獅抓取獵物，使少壯的獅子飽足嗎？

「獅子臥在洞中，壯獅埋伏在隱秘處，你能為牠們獵取食物，使牠們飽餐嗎？

獅子在洞中蹲伏，在藏身之處躺臥埋伏的時候，

『獅子在洞窟中蹲伏着，在矮林叢中躺臥埋伏着，你能為母獅獵取可抓撕之物，使少壯獅子食慾滿足麼？

牝獅稚獅、伏於窟穴、藏於叢林、爾能為之覓食、以充其飢乎、

牝獅稚獅、伏於巖穴、藏於林藪、爾能為之覓食、以充其饑乎。

牝獅小獅、藏於穴、伏於林、爾能為之覓食、以充其飢乎、

“ Do you hunt the prey for the lioness and satisfy the hunger of the lions

“ Do you hunt for food for mother lions? Do you satisfy the hunger of their cubs?

“ Can you hunt the prey for the lion, or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

“ Can you stalk prey for a lioness and satisfy the young lions’ appetites

Can you hunt prey for a lioness or satisfy the appetite of young lions

“ Can you hunt the prey for the lioness, Or satisfy the appetite of young lions,

“ Can you hunt the prey for the lion, Or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

Canst thou hunt the prey for the lioness, Or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

Can you hunt prey for a lioness or satisfy the appetite of young lions

“ Do you hunt prey for the lioness, and satisfy the appetite of the lions,

“ Can you hunt the prey for the lioness, or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.The old lion perisheth for lack of prey, and the stout lion’s whelps are scattered abroad.

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good[ thing].
