你若清潔正直，他必定為你起來，使你公義的居所興旺。

躬為清潔正直、上帝必為爾憬然、俾爾公義之室振興、

躬行仁義、皭然無玷、上帝即佑之、使爾全家孳孳為善、振興可必。

如爾清潔正直、則天主必眷顧爾、使爾有德之家、得享平康、

if you are pure and upright, even now he will rouse himself on your behalf and restore you to your prosperous state.

Be pure and honest. And he will rise up and help you now. He’ll give you everything you had before.

if you are pure and upright, surely then he will rouse himself for you and restore your rightful habitation.

and if you are pure and live with integrity, he will surely rise up and restore your happy home.

if you are pure and upright, then he will move even now on your behalf and restore the home where your righteousness dwells.

If you are pure and upright, Surely now He will stir Himself for you And restore your righteous estate.

If you were pure and upright, Surely now He would awake for you, And prosper your rightful dwelling place.

If thou wert pure and upright: Surely now he would awake for thee, And make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous.

從此就知道我們是屬真理的，並且我們的心在神面前可以安穩。我們的心若責備我們，神比我們的心大，一切事沒有不知道的。親愛的弟兄啊，我們的心若不責備我們，就可以向神坦然無懼了。並且我們一切所求的，就從他得着；因為我們遵守他的命令，行他所喜悅的事。

耶和華啊，求你在怒中起來，挺身而立，抵擋我敵人的暴怒！求你為我興起！你已經命定施行審判！

惡人獻祭，為耶和華所憎惡；正直人祈禱，為他所喜悅。

你們要論義人說：他必享福樂，因為要吃自己行為所結的果子。

我雖然無過，他們預備整齊，跑來攻擊我。求你興起鑒察，幫助我！萬軍之神－耶和華以色列的神啊！求你興起，懲治萬邦！不要憐憫行詭詐的惡人！（細拉）

我恨惡惡人的會，必不與惡人同坐。耶和華啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才環繞你的祭壇；

耶和華的膀臂啊，興起！興起！以能力為衣穿上，像古時的年日、上古的世代興起一樣。從前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大魚的，不是你嗎？

我的手中卻無強暴；我的祈禱也是清潔。

你們舉手禱告，我必遮眼不看；就是你們多多地祈禱，我也不聽。你們的手都滿了殺人的血。

你的倚靠不是在你敬畏神嗎？你的盼望不是在你行事純正嗎？請你追想：無辜的人有誰滅亡？正直的人在何處剪除？

你必知道你帳棚平安，要查看你的羊圈，一無所失；

你若歸向全能者，從你帳棚中遠除不義，就必得建立。要將你的珍寶丟在塵土裏，將俄斐的黃金丟在溪河石頭之間；全能者就必為你的珍寶，作你的寶銀。你就要以全能者為喜樂，向神仰起臉來。你要禱告他，他就聽你；你也要還你的願。你定意要做何事，必然給你成就；亮光也必照耀你的路。人使你降卑，你仍可說：必得高升；謙卑的人，神必然拯救。人非無辜，神且要搭救他；他因你手中清潔，必蒙拯救。

我願男人無忿怒，無爭論，舉起聖潔的手，隨處禱告；

主啊，求你睡醒，為何儘睡呢？求你興起，不要永遠丟棄我們！

他們對神說：離開我們吧！我們不願曉得你的道。全能者是誰，我們何必事奉他呢？求告他有甚麼益處呢？

耶和華問撒但說：「你曾用心察看我的僕人約伯沒有？地上再沒有人像他完全正直，敬畏神，遠離惡事。」
