Why are you doing these things to me, Tyre and Sidon? Are you trying to get even with me, land of Philistia? I will very quickly repay you for what you have done!

“ Yes, and what are you to me, Tyre, and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Will you repay me? And if you repay me, I will swiftly and speedily return your repayment on your own head.

這就是耶和華報復之日，是為錫安的爭訟施行報應的年日。

又針對大馬士革邊界的哈馬，以及提爾和西頓，儘管她們自以為有極大的智慧。提爾為自己建造堅固城，積聚銀子如塵土，積聚金子如街上的爛泥。看哪，主必趕出提爾，把她的財富丟入海中！她必被火吞噬。亞實基倫看見就害怕，迦薩在痛苦中掙扎；以革倫也如此，因為她所仰望的蒙羞了。君王必從迦薩消亡，亞實基倫必無人居住。混雜的種族必住在阿實圖；我必剪除非利士人的驕傲，我必除掉他們口中的血，以及他們牙齒之間的可憎之物。他們也必作為餘剩者歸於我們的神，像猶大的一族；以革倫人必像耶布斯人那樣。我必在我的家駐軍紮營，不容人往來經過；壓迫者不會再經過他們那裡，因為我現在親眼看顧他們。

難道神絕不會給那些他所揀選、日夜向他呼求的人主持公道嗎？難道神會耽誤幫助他們嗎？
