“你们要记得耶和华的仆人摩西所吩咐你们的话说：‘耶和华—你们的上帝使你们得享安宁，必将这地赐给你们。’

“你们要记得耶和华的仆人摩西所吩咐你们的话说：‘耶和华—你们的神使你们得享安宁，必将这地赐给你们。’

“你们要牢记耶和华的仆人摩西吩咐你们的话，他说你们的上帝耶和华要把约旦河东面的土地赐给你们，让你们安居。

“你们要记住耶和华的仆人摩西吩咐你们的话：‘耶和华你们的神赐你们安息，他必把这地赐给你们。’

“ Remember the command that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you after he said,‘ The Lord your God will give you rest by giving you this land.’

“ Remember what Moses, the servant of the Lord, commanded you. He said,‘ The Lord your God is giving you this land. It’s a place where you can make your homes and live in peace and rest.’

“ Remember the word that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying,‘ The Lord your God is providing you a place of rest and will give you this land.’

“ Remember what Moses, the servant of the Lord, commanded you:‘ The Lord your God is giving you a place of rest. He has given you this land.’

“ Remember what Moses the LORD’s servant commanded you when he said,‘ The LORD your God will give you rest, and he will give you this land.’

“ Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying,‘ The Lord your God is giving you rest, and will give you this land.’

“ Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying,‘ The Lord your God is giving you rest and is giving you this land.’

Remember the word which Moses the servant of Jehovah commanded you, saying, Jehovah your God giveth you rest, and will give you this land.

“ Remember what Moses the Lord’s servant commanded you when he said,‘ The Lord your God will give you rest, and He will give you this land.’

Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.

“ Remember what Moses the LORD’s servant commanded you. The LORD your God is giving you a place to settle and is handing this land over to you.

“ Remember the word which Moses the servant of Yahweh commanded you, saying,‘ Yahweh your God gives you rest, and will give you this land.

Then Moses said to them,“ If you will do this— if you will arm yourselves before the Lord for battleand if all of you who are armed cross over the Jordan before the Lord until he has driven his enemies out before him—then when the land is subdued before the Lord, you may return and be free from your obligation to the Lord and to Israel. And this land will be your possession before the Lord.“ But if you fail to do this, you will be sinning against the Lord; and you may be sure that your sin will find you out.Build cities for your women and children, and pens for your flocks, but do what you have promised.”The Gadites and Reubenites said to Moses,“ We your servants will do as our lord commands.Our children and wives, our flocks and herds will remain here in the cities of Gilead.But your servants, every man who is armed for battle, will cross over to fight before the Lord, just as our lord says.”Then Moses gave orders about them to Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun and to the family heads of the Israelite tribes. (niv)

I commanded you at that time:“ The Lord your God has given you this land to take possession of it. But all your able- bodied men, armed for battle, must cross over ahead of the other Israelites.However, your wives, your children and your livestock( I know you have much livestock) may stay in the towns I have given you,until the Lord gives rest to your fellow Israelites as he has to you, and they too have taken over the land that the Lord your God is giving them across the Jordan. After that, each of you may go back to the possession I have given you.” (niv)

Then Joshua summoned the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manassehand said to them,“ You have done all that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded, and you have obeyed me in everything I commanded.For a long time now— to this very day— you have not deserted your fellow Israelites but have carried out the mission the Lord your God gave you.Now that the Lord your God has given them rest as he promised, return to your homes in the land that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you on the other side of the Jordan.
