列國為甚麼騷動？萬民為甚麼空謀妄想？世上的君王起來，首領聚在一起，敵對耶和華和他所膏立的，說：“我們來掙斷他們給我們的束縛，擺脫他們的繩索！”那坐在天上的必發笑，主必譏笑他們。

耶和華啊！你的手高舉，他們還是看不見。願他們因看見你對子民的熱心而慚愧；願那為你的敵人預備的火吞滅他們。

只有西西拉步行逃跑，到了基尼人希伯的妻子雅億的帳棚那裡；因為夏瑣王耶賓與基尼人希伯的家友好。

一個是瑪頓王，一個是夏瑣王，

你不要懼怕，因為我與你同在；我必把你的後裔從東方領回來，又從西方招聚你。我要對北方說：‘把他們交出來！’又對南方說：‘不要拘留他們！’要把我的眾子從遠方帶回來，把我的女兒從地極領回來，就是所有按著我的名被召的人，是我為自己的榮耀創造的，是我所塑造，所作成的。”

你從水中經過的時候，我必與你同在；你渡過江河的時候，水必不淹沒你；你從火中行走的時候，必不會燒傷；火燄也不會在你身上燒起來。

神啊！求你不要靜默；神啊！求你不要閉口，也不要一言不發。看哪！你的仇敵喧嘩，恨你的人都抬起頭來。他們密謀奸詐，陷害你的子民；他們彼此商議，攻擊你所寶貴的人。
