願他們口中稱頌神為至高，手裏有兩刃的劍，為要報復列國，懲罰萬民。要用鏈子捆他們的君王，用鐵鐐鎖他們的貴族，要在他們身上施行所記錄的審判。他的聖民都享榮耀。哈利路亞！

在你右邊的主，當他發怒的日子，必打傷列王。他要審判列國，屍首就佈滿各處；他要痛擊遍地的領袖。

從小山來的真是枉然，大山的喧嚷也是枉然。以色列得救，誠然在乎耶和華－我們的神。

後來我看見天開了。有一匹白馬，騎在馬上的稱為「誠信」、「真實」，他審判和爭戰都憑着公義。他的眼睛如火焰，頭上戴着許多冠冕；他身上寫着一個名字，除了他自己沒有人知道。他穿着浸過血的衣服；他的名稱為「神之道」。眾天軍都騎着白馬，穿着又白又潔淨的細麻衣跟隨他。有利劍從他口中出來，用來擊打列國。他要用鐵杖管轄他們，並且要踹全能神烈怒的醡酒池。在他衣服和大腿上寫着「萬王之王，萬主之主」的名號。我又看見一位天使站在太陽中，向天空一切的飛鳥大聲喊着說：「你們聚集來赴神的大宴席，為要吃君王的肉、將軍的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎士的肉、一切自主的和為奴的，以及尊貴的和卑賤的肉。」我又看見那獸和地上的君王，和他們的軍隊都聚集，要與白馬騎士和他的軍隊作戰。那獸被擒拿了；那在獸面前曾行奇事、迷惑了接受獸的印記和拜獸像的人的假先知，也與獸同被擒拿。他們兩個就活生生地被扔進燒着硫磺的火湖裏，其餘的人被白馬騎士口中吐出來的劍殺了；所有的飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

約書亞一舉擊敗了這些王，奪了他們的地，因為耶和華－以色列的神為以色列作戰。

我們在那裏看見巨人，就是巨人中的亞衲族人。我們在自己眼中像蚱蜢一樣，而在他們眼中，我們也確是這樣。」

耶和華如此說：「智慧人不要因他的智慧誇口，勇士不要因他的力氣誇口，財主也不要因他的財富誇口；

你們過了約旦河，來到耶利哥。耶利哥人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、迦南人、赫人、革迦撒人、希未人、耶布斯人都與你們爭戰，我卻把他們交在你們手裏。我派遣瘟疫在你們前面，將亞摩利人的兩個王從你們面前趕出，並不是用你的刀，也不是用你的弓。
