在迦南地之示羅、謂之曰、昔主託摩西命以數邑賜我居之、並賜我邑郊、以牧我畜、

at Shiloh in Canaan and said to them,“ The Lord commanded through Moses that you give us towns to live in, with pasturelands for our livestock.”

They went to all of them at Shiloh in Canaan. They said to them,“ Give us towns to live in. Also give us grasslands for our livestock. That’s what the Lord commanded through Moses.”

And they said to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan,“ The Lord commanded through Moses that we be given cities to dwell in, along with their pasturelands for our livestock.”

They came to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan and said,“ The Lord commanded Moses to give us towns to live in and pasturelands for our livestock.”

告以色列人、當於所得之地、以數城邑、給利未人居、亦以各城四周之郊野給之、城邑可居、郊野可牧馱物之畜、與牛羊並一切別類之畜、所給利未人之郊野、即城之四周、自城垣起、量一百丈為郊、其外又東量二百丈、南量二百丈、西量二百丈、北量二百丈、為野、城在當中、此乃歸利未人各城之郊野、所給利未人之諸邑、其中必有六邑、為逃避之邑、爾所當備者、使誤殺人者可逃於彼、此外更給之四十二邑、爾所當給利未人者、共四十八邑、並屬各邑之郊野、以色列人所得之地業、其中當以數邑給利未人、多得則多給、少得則少給、各循所得之地業、以城邑給利未人、

行路勿囊、勿二衣、勿履、勿杖、蓋工得其食、宜也、

學道者、當以一切所需供教道者、

善治教會之長老、當倍敬之、其勞於傳道訓人者、待之更當如是、經云、碾穀之牛、勿籠其口、又云、工得其值、宜也、

為主所當獻之地、長二萬五千竿、廣一萬竿、此所獻之聖地、歸於祭司、北長二萬五千竿、西廣一萬竿、東廣一萬竿、南長二萬五千竿、主之聖所在其中、昔以色列人迷罔迷罔或作悖謬妄為、利未人亦然、惟撒督之子孫為祭司、區別為聖者、不效其尤、仍供我所命之職、故此地必歸之、蓋於所獻之地中、獻此地歸於祭司、為至聖之域、附近利未人所得之地、利未人之地、沿祭司之界、長二萬五千竿、廣一萬竿、此地不可鬻、不可易、其土產之初實、不可歸他人、不可歸他人或作亦不可鬻蓋為聖地歸於主、所餘一區、長二萬五千竿、廣五千竿、可為俗地、建邑以居、又為郊地、邑必在其中、其量如是、北四千五百竿、南四千五百竿、東四千五百竿、西四千五百竿、邑郊、北二百五十竿、南二百五十竿、東二百五十竿、西二百五十竿、附獻為聖區之餘地、東一萬竿、西一萬竿、其土所產、歸邑中供役事之人食用、
