欲使爾知永生上帝左右爾、必於爾前驅逐迦南人、赫人、希未人、比哩洗人、革迦撒人、亞摩哩人、耶布士人。

约书亚说：“看哪，普天下主的约柜必在你们前头过去，到约旦河里，因此你们就知道在你们中间有永生神；并且他必在你们面前赶出迦南人、赫人、希未人、比利洗人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、耶布斯人。

约书亚说：“你们因这事会知道永生的上帝在你们中间，他必从你们面前赶出迦南人、赫人、希未人、比利洗人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、耶布斯人。

今天你们会明白永活的上帝就在你们当中，祂必在你们面前赶走迦南人、赫人、希未人、比利洗人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人和耶布斯人。

This is how you will know that the living God is among you and that he will certainly drive out before you the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites and Jebusites.

You will soon know that the living God is among you. He will certainly drive out the people now living in the land. He’ll do it to make room for you. He’ll drive out the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites and Jebusites.

And Joshua said,“ Here is how you shall know that the living God is among you and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Hivites, the Perizzites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

Today you will know that the living God is among you. He will surely drive out the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites, and Jebusites ahead of you.

He said,“ You will know that the living God is among you and that he will certainly dispossess before you the Canaanites, Hethites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites, and Jebusites

And Joshua said,“ By this you will know that the living God is among you, and that He will assuredly drive out from you the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Hivite, the Perizzite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, and the Jebusite.

And Joshua said,“ By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and that He will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Hivites and the Perizzites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Jebusites:

And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Hivite, and the Perizzite, and the Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Jebusite.

Joshua continued,“ This is how you will know the living God is among you and that he will truly drive out before you the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites, and Jebusites.

Joshua said,“ By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Hivite, the Perizzite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, and the Jebusite out from before you.

厥後爾之上帝耶和華、導爾入所得之土、驅逐赫人、革迦西人、亞摩哩人、迦南人比哩洗人、希未人、耶布士人、此七族較爾強大、

或立於傍、大闢問之曰、能殺此非利士人、洒恥於以色列族者、將何所得。非利士人未受割禮、安敢侮永生上帝之軍乎。

亞述王遣臘沙基、侮永生之上帝、爾之上帝耶和華、或聞其言、而加以譴責、故請爾為遺民禱告於上、

蓋天下億兆、未有聽永生上帝之聲、由火中出、如我所聞、而尚保其生者。

其言我至爾處、爾棄偶像、歸真有永生上帝以事之、

西門彼得對曰、爾乃永生上帝子基督也、

越至於後、以色列族其數必如海沙、不能斗量籌算也、今我語人曰、爾非我民、異日將稱為永生上帝眾子、

遭永生上帝譴、伊可畏也、

爾所至之地、我必使其民悚懼、潰亂特甚、與爾敵者、無不敗北。必使大蜂起於爾前、以驅希未人、迦南人、赫人。一年中我不逐之盡、免土地荒蕪、野獸孳生。我漸逐之、待爾昌熾、以得斯土。

祭司以利亞撒子非尼哈、告流便伽得馬拿西族曰、我今日知耶和華祐我、因爾不違耶和華、如此則援以色列族免耶和華降災於我。○

以色列人爭摩西而試耶和華、曰、不識耶和華果在我中否。故摩西稱其地曰馬撒、亦曰米利巴、

吾先言而再言之、如與爾晤對、惟今暌違、故書達犯罪者、及眾人、余復至時、必不恕之、爾曹欲得基督託我言之據乎、基督在爾中、非柔也、乃有能也、

我降臨以拯之、脫於埃及人手、導出其境、以詣至腴至廣之地、其地產乳與蜜、即迦南人、赫人、亞摩哩人、比哩洗人、希未人、耶布士人所處者。

惟耶和華真上帝、永生為王、彼赫斯怒、則大地震動、彼發厥憤、則億兆不安。

其時我必震怒、遺棄斯民、不復眷顧、使其並吞於人、多更災患、彼必曰、我不蒙上帝所佑、致遭此禍。

我儕信爾、知爾基督、永生上帝子也、

爾施大力、降災於異邦而驅逐之兮、爾使選民、安居厥所兮、斯民得土、不恃戈兵、不藉人力、乃爾巨力大能、眷顧而祐之兮。

耶和華之使顯現、曰、英武哉若人、耶和華祐爾。其田曰、我主與、如耶和華祐我、奚至所遇若此、我嘗聞我父之言、昔耶和華導我族出埃及、今其異跡安在、斯時耶和華遺棄我儕、付我於米田人手。

爾必享遐齡、安然返本、而葬焉。越至四世、爾之苗裔、將歸斯土、蓋亞摩哩人罪未貫盈。日入幽暗、時有烟燄之洪爐、已燃之明燈、由牲牷中而過、當日耶和華與亞伯蘭約、曰、我以斯土、賜爾苗裔、自埃及河至百辣大河、

祭司代為贖罪於我前、其蹈罪愆由於無知、可蒙赦宥。凡誤干我法、無論宗族賓旅、悉同是例。若其犯罪、毫無畏葸、則欺我孰甚、不論宗族賓旅必殄絕於民中。

耶和華彰彰大公、有如此兮、作惡之人、祇自取其戾兮、

當獻祭之時、先知以利亞前、曰、耶和華歟、亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列之上帝、今日使民咸知、爾在以色列族中為上帝、亦知我屬爾僕、凡有所為、悉遵爾命。耶和華尚其聽我哉、使斯民皆知、爾乃耶和華上帝、使其心翻然以改。

米該亞曰、如爾安歸、則我未奉耶和華之命、又曰、斯民之眾、宜共聽聞、

昔所許以色列族諸福、俱臨於上、無一遺焉。

我主必以異跡顯示於爾、將有處女懷妊生子、人稱其名以馬內利、
