Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge,

The water of the Jordan was going over its banks. It always does that at the time the crops are being gathered. The priests came to the river. Their feet touched the water’s edge.

and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest),

It was the harvest season, and the Jordan was overflowing its banks. But as soon as the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark touched the water at the river’s edge,

and when those who were carrying the ark came up to the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark stepped down into the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the days of harvest),

and as those who bore the ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks during the whole time of harvest),

and when they that bare the ark were come unto the Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( for the Jordan overfloweth all its banks all the time of harvest),

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water,( for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

When the ones carrying the ark reached the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark touched the surface of the water–( the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest time)–

and when those who bore the ark had come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark had dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the time of harvest),

正月，约旦河水涨过两岸的时候，他们过河，使所有住河谷的人东奔西逃。

“你与步行的人同跑，尚且觉得累，怎能与马赛跑呢？你在安全之地尚且会跌倒，在约旦河边的丛林要怎么办呢？

看哪，就像狮子从约旦河边的丛林上来，攻击坚固的居所，我要在转眼之间使以东人逃跑，离开这地。我拣选谁，就派谁治理这地。谁能像我呢？谁能召我出庭呢？有哪一个牧人能在我面前站得住呢？

抬耶和华约柜的祭司从约旦河中上来，脚掌一落干地，约旦河的水就流回原处，仍旧涨满两岸。

当抬耶和华全地之主约柜的祭司，脚掌踏入约旦河水里的时候，约旦河的水，就是从上往下流的水，必然中断，竖立成垒。”

使它被脚践踏，就是被困苦人和贫寒人的脚践踏。”

“你要守亚笔月，向耶和华—你的上帝守逾越节，因为在亚笔月，耶和华—你的上帝在夜间领你出埃及。你当在那里，耶和华选择作为他名居所的地方，从羊群牛群中，将逾越节的祭牲献给耶和华—你的上帝。这祭牲不可和有酵的东西一起吃。因为你曾匆忙离开埃及地，你要吃无酵饼，就是困苦饼七日，好让你一生的年日记得你从埃及地出来的那一日。在你全境内，七日不可见到酵母。第一日晚上所献的肉，一点也不可留到早晨。你不可在耶和华—你上帝所赐的各城中，任何一座城里，献逾越节的祭，只可在那里，耶和华—你上帝选择作为他名居所的地方，在晚上日落的时候，就是你出埃及的时候，献逾越节的祭。你要在耶和华—你上帝所选择的地方把肉烤来吃，次日早晨就回到你的帐棚去。你要吃无酵饼六日，第七日要向耶和华—你的上帝守严肃会，不可做工。”“你要计算七个七日：从你用镰刀开始收割庄稼时算起，一共七个七日。

以色列人在吉甲安营。正月十四日晚上，他们在耶利哥的平原守逾越节。逾越节的第二日，他们吃了当地的出产，就在那一天，吃了无酵饼和烘过的谷物。他们吃了当地出产的第二日，吗哪就停止了。以色列人不再有吗哪了。那一年，他们就吃迦南地的出产。

“你要吩咐以色列人，对他们说：你们到了我赐给你们的地，收割庄稼的时候，要把初熟庄稼中的一捆拿来给祭司。他要把这捆在耶和华面前摇一摇，使你们蒙悦纳。祭司要在安息日的次日把这捆摇一摇。摇这捆的那一日，你们要献一只一岁没有残疾的小公绵羊，给耶和华作燔祭。同献的素祭是十分之二伊法调了油的细面，作为献给耶和华馨香的火祭；同献的浇酒祭是四分之一欣酒。无论是饼，是烘熟的谷物，是新穗子，你们都不可吃；直等到你们把这供物带来献给你们上帝的那一天，才可以吃。在你们一切的住处，这要成为你们世世代代永远的定例。”“你们要从安息日的次日，就是献那捆庄稼为摇祭的那日起，计算足足的七个安息日。到第七个安息日的次日，共计五十天，你们要将新的素祭献给耶和华。
