永恆主對約書亞說：『我今日把埃及的恥辱從你們身上輥去了』。因此那地方到今日還叫做吉甲。

Then the Lord said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” So the place has been called Gilgal to this day.

Then the Lord spoke to Joshua. He said,“ Today I have taken away from you the shame of being slaves in Egypt.” That’s why the place where the men were circumcised has been called Gilgal to this very day.

And the Lord said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” And so the name of that place is called Gilgal to this day.

Then the Lord said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the shame of your slavery in Egypt.” So that place has been called Gilgal to this day.

The LORD then said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the disgrace of Egypt from you.” Therefore, that place is still called Gilgal today.

Then the Lord said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the shame of Egypt from you.” So the name of that place is called Gilgal to this day.

Then the Lord said to Joshua,“ This day I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” Therefore the name of the place is called Gilgal to this day.

And Jehovah said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of that place was called Gilgal, unto this day.

The Lord then said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the disgrace of Egypt from you.” Therefore, that place is called Gilgal to this day.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.

The LORD said to Joshua,“ Today I have taken away the disgrace of Egypt from you.” So that place is called Gilgal even to this day.

Yahweh said to Joshua,“ Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” Therefore the name of that place was called Gilgal to this day.

『把那咒罵聖名的人拉出營外；叫聽見的人都按手在他頭上，讓全會眾扔石頭把他砍死。

正月十日、人民從約但河裏上來，就在吉甲、耶利哥東邊紮營。

對他們說：『把我們的妹妹給沒有受割禮的人為妻，這事我們不能作，因為這對於我們是恥辱。

約拿單對拿軍器的青年護兵說：『來，我們過去、到這些沒有受割禮的人的駐防營那裏去吧；或者永恆主能為我們作一件事，因為永恆主拯救人、是不受人多或人少所牽制的。』

大衛問站在他旁邊的人說道：『若有人擊殺了這個非利士人，從以色列人身上除掉了羞辱，可以受到甚麼待遇呢？這沒受割禮的非利士人是誰啊？竟敢向永活的上帝罵陣啊？』

求你使我所怕的羞辱遠離我；因為你的典章盡善盡美。

『看吧，日子必到——永恆主發神諭說——我必察罰一切受過割禮，而心沒受割禮的：

她們在埃及躭於邪淫；她們幼年時躭於邪淫；就在那裏她們的胸部給人擠壓了，在那裏他們處女的奶頭有人撫摩了，

我對他們說：你們要拋棄、各人棄掉他眼中所喜愛可憎之像，不可因埃及的偶像來玷污你們自己：我乃是永恆主你們的上帝。然而他們卻叛逆了我，不肯聽我，各不拋棄他們眼中所喜愛可憎之像，不離棄埃及的偶像。『我本心裏說我要將我的烈怒傾倒在他們身上，我要在埃及地之中向他們發盡我的忿怒。

她的淫行從埃及時她就沒有撇棄；那時當她年幼、就有人和她同寢，撫摸她處女的奶頭，傾瀉出淫行於她身上。

『現在你們要敬畏永恆主，以純全和忠信事奉他，將你們列祖在大河那邊和在埃及所事奉的神除掉，來事奉永恆主。

你僕人不但擊死了獅子，也擊死了熊；這沒受割禮的非利士人向永活的上帝罵陣，也必像這些野獸之一那樣。』

故此你們要記得、你們從前在肉身上做外國人、被那所謂割禮、在肉身上用人手行的、稱為沒受割禮；那時你們在基督以外，跟以色列的公民團契隔絕，在帶應許的諸約上是外人，在世界上是無盼望無上帝的。
