若非主發命令，誰能說了就成呢？

除非主命定，谁能说成就成呢？

非主所命、誰能言之、而即成兮、

Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?

Suppose people order something to happen. It won’t happen unless the Lord has planned it.

Who has spoken and it came to pass, unless the Lord has commanded it?

Who can command things to happen without the Lord’s permission?

Who is there who speaks and it happens, unless the Lord has ordained it?

Who is there who speaks and it comes to pass, Unless the Lord has commanded it?

Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, When the Lord has not commanded it?

Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?

Who is there who speaks and it happens, unless the Lord has ordained it?

Whose command was ever fulfilled unless the Lord decreed it?

Who is he who says, and it comes to pass, when the Lord doesn’t command it?

因為他說有，就有，命立，就立。耶和華使列國的籌算歸於無有，使萬民的計謀全無功效。耶和華的籌算永遠立定，他心中的計劃萬代長存。

我從起初就指明末後的事，從古時便言明未成的事，說：「我的籌算必立定；凡我所喜悅的，我必成就。」

人心籌算自己的道路；惟耶和華指引他的腳步。

人心多有計謀；惟有耶和華的籌算才能成就。

地上所有的居民都算為虛無；在天上萬軍和地上居民中，他都憑自己的旨意行事。無人能攔住他的手，或問他說，你在做甚麼呢？

沒有人能以智慧、聰明、謀略抵擋耶和華。

因他對摩西說：「我要憐憫誰就憐憫誰，要恩待誰就恩待誰。」

我們也在他裏面得了基業；這原是那位隨己意行萬事的上帝照着自己的旨意所預定的，

注意！有人說：「今天或明天我們要往某城去，在那裏住一年，做買賣賺錢。」其實明天如何，你們還不知道。你們的生命是甚麼呢？你們原來是一片雲霧，出現片刻就不見了。你們倒應當說：「主若願意，我們就能活着，也可以做這事或那事。」
