Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat, on the wood that is burning on the altar.

Then the sons of Aaron, the priests, must arrange the parts with the head and the suet on the wood that is in the fire on the altar.

现在，请给我们两头公牛。让巴力的先知自己挑选一头，把它切成块子，放在柴上，但不要点火；我也预备一头公牛，摆在柴上，也不点火。

那人要把燔祭牲切成块子；祭司就把肉块、头和脂肪，排列在祭坛炭火上的木柴上面；

摩西把燔祭的公绵羊牵来，亚伦和他的儿子按手在公绵羊的头上。摩西就宰杀公绵羊，把血泼在祭坛的四周。摩西把公绵羊切成块子以后，就把头、肉块和脂肪都焚烧了。又用水洗净了内脏和腿之后，摩西就把整个公绵羊焚烧在祭坛上；这是燔祭，是献给耶和华馨香的火祭，都是耶和华吩咐摩西的。

他们跟着把燔祭牲一块一块连头递给他，焚烧在祭坛上。亚伦又洗净了内脏和腿，在祭坛的燔祭上焚烧。

然后把柴排好，又把公牛切成块子，放在柴上，就说：“你们盛满四桶水，倒在燔祭和柴上。”

你要把公绵羊切成块子，再把内脏和羊腿洗净，放在肉块和羊头上面。你要把整只公绵羊焚烧在祭坛上；这是献给耶和华的燔祭，是献给耶和华馨香的火祭。
