Then Moses said to Aaron and his sons Eleazar and Ithamar,“ Do not let your hair become unkempt and do not tear your clothes, or you will die and the Lord will be angry with the whole community. But your relatives, all the Israelites, may mourn for those the Lord has destroyed by fire.

Moses spoke to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar. They were Aaron’s sons. Moses said,“ Don’t let your hair hang loose. Don’t tear your clothes. If you do, you will die. And the Lord will be angry with the whole community. But all the Israelites are allowed to show they are sad. They are your relatives. They may mourn for those the Lord has destroyed with fire.

And Moses said to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar his sons,“ Do not let the hair of your heads hang loose, and do not tear your clothes, lest you die, and wrath come upon all the congregation; but let your brothers, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning that the Lord has kindled.

Then Moses said to Aaron and his sons Eleazar and Ithamar,“ Do not show grief by leaving your hair uncombed or by tearing your clothes. If you do, you will die, and the Lord’s anger will strike the whole community of Israel. However, the rest of the Israelites, your relatives, may mourn because of the Lord’s fiery destruction of Nadab and Abihu.

Then Moses said to Aaron and his sons Eleazar and Ithamar,“ Do not let your hair hang loose and do not tear your clothes, or else you will die, and the LORD will become angry with the whole community. However, your brothers, the whole house of Israel, may weep over the fire that the LORD caused.

Then Moses said to Aaron and to his sons Eleazar and Ithamar,“ Do not uncover your heads nor tear your clothes, so that you do not die and He does not become wrathful against all the congregation. But your kinsmen, the entire house of Israel, shall weep for the burning which the Lord has brought about.

And Moses said to Aaron, and to Eleazar and Ithamar, his sons,“ Do not uncover your heads nor tear your clothes, lest you die, and wrath come upon all the people. But let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the Lord has kindled.

And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Let not the hair of your heads go loose, neither rend your clothes; that ye die not, and that he be not wroth with all the congregation: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which Jehovah hath kindled.

Then Moses said to Aaron and his sons Eleazar and Ithamar,“ Do not let your hair hang loose and do not tear your garments, or else you will die, and the Lord will become angry with the whole community. However, your brothers, the whole house of Israel, may mourn over that tragedy when the Lord sent the fire.

And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD hath kindled.

Then Moses said to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar his other two sons,“ Do not dishevel the hair of your heads and do not tear your garments, so that you do not die and so that wrath does not come on the whole congregation. Your brothers, all the house of Israel, are to mourn the burning which the LORD has caused,

从前谢拉的曾孙亚干岂不是在那当灭的物上犯了罪，导致愤怒临到以色列全会众吗？死在他所犯的罪中的，不只是他一个人而已！’”

耶和华的怒气又向以色列发作，激起大卫来对付他们，说：“去，数点以色列人和犹大人。”

你们要负责看守圣所和祭坛，免得愤怒再临到以色列人。

但利未人要在法柜帐幕的四围安营，免得愤怒临到以色列会众；利未人要负责看守法柜的帐幕。”

在他一切离俗归耶和华的日子，不可挨近死尸。即使他的父母或兄弟姊妹死了，他也不可因他们使自己不洁净，因为他头上有离俗归上帝的记号。

“人子，看哪，我要以灾病夺取你眼中所喜爱的，你却不可悲哀哭泣，也不可流泪，只可叹息，不可出声，不可办理丧事；裹上头巾，脚上穿鞋，不可捂着胡须，也不可吃一般人的食物。”

关于自己的父母，他说：我未曾关注。他的弟兄，他不承认，他的儿女，他也不认识，因为利未人遵行你的话，谨守你的约。

犹大啊，为了你所喜爱的儿女，你要剪发，剃光头，要使你的头光秃，如同秃鹰，因为他们被掳去离开你了。

祭司要带那妇人站在耶和华面前，使她蓬头散发，再把纪念的素祭，就是疑忌的素祭，放在她的手掌，祭司手里捧着致诅咒的苦水。

窥探那地的人中，嫩的儿子约书亚和耶孚尼的儿子迦勒撕裂衣服，

耶路撒冷啊，要剪头发，扔掉它，在光秃的高地唱哀歌，因为耶和华弃绝、离弃了惹他发怒的世代。’”

于是，耶和华降瘟疫给以色列。自早晨到所定的时候，从但直到别是巴，百姓中死了七万人。天使向耶路撒冷伸手要毁灭这城的时候，耶和华改变心意，不降那灾难，就对那在百姓中施行毁灭的天使说：“够了！住手吧！”耶和华的使者正在耶布斯人亚劳拿的禾场那里。大卫看见那在百姓中施行毁灭的天使，就向耶和华说：“看哪，我犯了罪，行了恶，但这群羊做了什么呢？愿你的手攻击我和我的父家。”

第二天，以色列全会众都向摩西、亚伦发怨言说：“你们杀了耶和华的百姓了。”会众聚集攻击摩西、亚伦的时候，摩西和亚伦转向会幕，看哪，云彩遮盖会幕，耶和华的荣光显现。摩西、亚伦就来到会幕前。耶和华吩咐摩西说：“你们离开这会众，我好立刻把他们灭绝。”他们二人就脸伏于地。摩西对亚伦说：“拿你的香炉，把祭坛的火盛在里面，加上香，赶快带到会众那里，为他们赎罪。因为有愤怒从耶和华面前发出，瘟疫已经开始了。”亚伦照摩西所说的拿了香炉，跑到会众中。看哪，瘟疫已经在百姓中开始了。他就加上香，为百姓赎罪。

耶和华对摩西说：“你对以色列人说：‘你们是硬着颈项的百姓，我若在你们中间一起上去，只一瞬间，就必把你们灭绝。现在把你们身上的首饰摘下来，我好知道该怎样处置你们。’”

耶和华对摩西说：“你要告诉亚伦子孙作祭司的，对他们说：祭司不可为自己百姓中的死人玷污自己，除非是他的骨肉之亲，他的父母、儿女、兄弟、或未出嫁还是处女的姊妹，因她是至亲，才可以玷污自己。祭司既然在自己百姓中为首，就不可从俗玷污自己。“不可使头光秃，不可剃除胡须的边缘，也不可割划自己的身体。他们要归上帝为圣，不可亵渎他们上帝的名，因为耶和华的火祭，就是上帝的食物，是他们献的，所以他们要成为圣。“祭司不可娶妓女，或被玷污的女人为妻，也不可娶被休的妇人为妻，因为他是归上帝为圣的。你要使祭司分别为圣，因为他献你上帝的食物。你要以他为圣，因为我是使你们分别为圣的耶和华，是神圣的。“祭司的女儿若行淫玷污自己，就侮辱了父亲，要用火将她焚烧。“在弟兄中作大祭司的，头上倒了膏油，承接圣职，穿了圣衣，不可蓬头散发，也不可撕裂衣服；不可挨近任何死尸，即使为了父母也不可玷污自己。他不可出圣所，免得亵渎了上帝的圣所，因为在他身上有上帝的膏油为圣冕。我是耶和华。他要娶处女为妻。大祭司不可娶寡妇，被休的妇人，或被玷污的妓女为妻；他只可以娶自己百姓中的处女为妻。他不可在自己百姓中侮辱他的儿女，因为我是使他分别为圣的耶和华。”

以色列犯了罪，又违背了我所吩咐他们的约，又取了当灭之物。他们又偷窃，又行诡诈，又把那当灭的物与自己的器皿放在一起。
