“ Tell the Israelites: When a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is during the days of her menstrual impurity.

“你要告诉以色列人：如果有妇人怀孕，生了男孩，她就不洁净七天，好像患病污秽的日子不洁净一样。

「你曉諭以色列人說：若有婦人懷孕生男孩，她就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的日子不潔淨一樣。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：婦人若懷孕生男孩，就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的期間不潔淨一樣。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：婦人若懷孕生男孩，就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的期間不潔淨一樣。

告以色列族云、婦懷妊生男、必蒙不潔、歷至七日、如癸水行時之不潔然、

告以色列族云、婦懷妊生男、必蒙不潔、歷至七日、如癸水適至、別室居處然。

爾告以色列人云、若婦懷孕生子、必不潔七日、與行經之時不潔無異、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Suppose a woman becomes pregnant and has a baby boy. Then she will be“ unclean” for seven days. It is the same as when she is“ unclean” during her monthly period.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, If a woman conceives and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days. As at the time of her menstruation, she shall be unclean.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. If a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son, she will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her menstrual period.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying:‘ When a woman gives birth and delivers a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days; as she is in the days of her menstruation, she shall be unclean.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ If a woman has conceived, and borne a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her customary impurity she shall be unclean.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman conceive seed, and bear a man- child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of the impurity of her sickness shall she be unclean.

“ Tell the Israelites: When a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is during the days of her menstrual impurity.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ When a woman produces offspring and bears a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is unclean during the days of her menstruation.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ If a woman conceives, and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her monthly period she shall be unclean.

“ When a woman has a discharge, and it consists of blood from her body, she will be unclean because of her menstruation for seven days. Everyone who touches her will be unclean until evening.

How can a human be justified before God? How can one born of woman be pure?

God blessed them, and God said to them,“ Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and every creature that crawls on the earth.”

Who can produce something pure from what is impure? No one!

And when the days of their purification according to the law of Moses were finished, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord

What is a mere human, that he should be pure, or one born of a woman, that he should be righteous?

“ You are not to approach a woman during her menstrual impurity to have sexual intercourse with her.

Indeed, I was guilty when I was born; I was sinful when my mother conceived me.

Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, in this way death spread to all people, because all sinned.In fact, sin was in the world before the law, but sin is not charged to a person’s account when there is no law.Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who did not sin in the likeness of Adam’s transgression. He is a type of the Coming One.But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift which comes through the grace of the one man Jesus Christ overflowed to the many.And the gift is not like the one man’s sin, because from one sin came the judgment, resulting in condemnation, but from many trespasses came the gift, resulting in justification.If by the one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive the overflow of grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.So then, as through one trespass there is condemnation for everyone, so also through one righteous act there is justification leading to life for everyone.For just as through one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.

He said to the woman: I will intensify your labor pains; you will bear children with painful effort. Your desire will be for your husband, yet he will rule over you.
