“‘ When a man is cleansed from his discharge, he is to count off seven days for his ceremonial cleansing; he must wash his clothes and bathe himself with fresh water, and he will be clean.

求潔淨的人當洗衣服，剃去毛髮，用水洗澡，就潔淨了；然後可以進營，只是要在自己的帳棚外居住七天。

你們七天不可出會幕的門，等到你們承接聖職的日子滿了，因為主叫你們七天承接聖職。

凡摸那牀的，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服，用水洗澡。

女人的漏症若好了，就要計算七天，然後才為潔淨。

到了第八天，摩西召了亞倫和他兒子，並以色列的眾長老來，

並那誠實作見證的、從死裏首先復活、為世上君王元首的耶穌基督，有恩惠、平安歸與你們！他愛我們，用自己的血使我們脫離罪惡，

我必用清水灑在你們身上，你們就潔淨了。我要潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切的污穢，棄掉一切的偶像。我也要賜給你們一個新心，將新靈放在你們裏面，又從你們的肉體中除掉石心，賜給你們肉心。我必將我的靈放在你們裏面，使你們順從我的律例，謹守遵行我的典章。你們必住在我所賜給你們列祖之地。你們要作我的子民，我要作你們的神。我必救你們脫離一切的污穢，也必命五穀豐登，不使你們遭遇饑荒。

「第八天，他要取兩隻沒有殘疾的公羊羔和一隻沒有殘疾、一歲的母羊羔，又要把調油的細麵伊法十分之三為素祭，並油一羅革，一同取來。

「你要這樣照我一切所吩咐的，向亞倫和他兒子行承接聖職的禮七天。

我要除淨他們的一切罪，就是向我所犯的罪；又要赦免他們的一切罪，就是干犯我、違背我的罪。

要潔淨壇七天，使壇成聖，壇就成為至聖。凡挨着壇的都成為聖。」

耶和華對摩西說：「她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她豈不蒙羞七天嗎？現在要把她在營外關鎖七天，然後才可以領她進來。」

「摸了人死屍的，就必七天不潔淨。那人到第三天要用這除污穢的水潔淨自己，第七天就潔淨了。他若在第三天不潔淨自己，第七天就不潔淨了。

你們親近神，神就必親近你們。有罪的人哪，要潔淨你們的手！心懷二意的人哪，要清潔你們的心！

親愛的弟兄啊，我們既有這等應許，就當潔淨自己，除去身體、靈魂一切的污穢，敬畏神，得以成聖。

凡摸了他身下之物的，必不潔淨到晚上；拿了那物的，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服，用水洗澡。患漏症的人沒有用水涮手，無論摸了誰，誰必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服，用水洗澡。
