“‘ When a man is cleansed from his discharge, he is to count off seven days for his ceremonial cleansing; he must wash his clothes and bathe himself with fresh water, and he will be clean.

求潔淨的人要洗衣服，剃去所有的毛髮，用水洗澡，他就潔淨了。然後，他可以進營，不過仍要在自己的帳棚外居住七天。

這七天，你們不可走出會幕的門口，直等到你們聖職禮的日子滿了，因為授予你們聖職需要七天。

凡摸他床的人，要洗衣服，用水洗澡，必不潔淨到晚上。

「你要這樣照我一切所吩咐的，向亞倫和他兒子行授聖職禮七天。

耶和華對摩西說：「她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她豈不蒙羞七天嗎？現在要把她隔離在營外七天，然後才領她回來。」

「摸了任何人死屍的，必不潔淨七天。那人要在第三天和第七天潔淨自己，他就潔淨了。若他不在第三天和第七天潔淨自己，他就不潔淨了。

要親近神，神就必親近你們。有罪的人哪，要潔淨你們的手！心懷二意的人哪，要清潔你們的心！

所以，親愛的，既然我們有這樣的應許，就當潔淨自己，除去身體和靈魂一切的污穢，藉着敬畏神，得以成聖。

凡摸了他坐過的任何東西，必不潔淨到晚上；拿了這些東西的，要洗衣服，用水洗澡，必不潔淨到晚上。漏症患者若沒有用水沖洗他的手，無論摸了誰，誰就要洗衣服，用水洗澡，必不潔淨到晚上。
