You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

亚伯也把他羊群中头生的和羊的脂肪献上。耶和华看中了亚伯和他的供物，却看不中该隐和他的供物。该隐就非常生气，沉下脸来。

又使他们知道你的圣安息日，并藉你仆人摩西传给他们诫命、律例、律法。

你们要用初熟的麦子磨面，做成饼当举祭献上。你们要举上，如同举禾场的举祭。你们世世代代要用初熟的麦子磨面，当举祭献给耶和华。

在你们一切的住处，脂肪和血都不可吃，这要成为你们世世代代永远的定例。”

“你们到了迦南地，栽种各样的果树，就要把所结的果子当作不洁净的；三年之内，你们要把它视为不洁净，是不可吃的。但第四年所结的果子全是圣的，用以赞美耶和华。第五年，你们就可以吃树上的果子，使树给你们结出更多的果子。我是耶和华—你们的上帝。

逾越节的第二日，他们吃了当地的出产，就在那一天，吃了无酵饼和烘过的谷物。他们吃了当地出产的第二日，吗哪就停止了。以色列人不再有吗哪了。那一年，他们就吃迦南地的出产。

也要将耶和华藉摩西吩咐以色列人的一切律例教导他们。”
