Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any one shall sin unwittingly, in any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and shall do any one of them:

“你要吩咐以色列人说：若有人无意中犯罪，在任何事上犯了一条耶和华所吩咐的禁令，

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“如果有人无意中触犯耶和华的诫命，要按以下方式献赎罪祭。

“你要告诉以色列人说：如果有人在耶和华吩咐不可行的事上无意犯了罪，他必须遵行以下条例中的一样：

「你曉諭以色列人說：若有人在耶和華所吩咐不可行的甚麼事上誤犯了一件，

「你要吩咐以色列人說：若有人無意中犯罪，在任何事上犯了一條耶和華所吩咐的禁令，

「你要吩咐以色列人說：若有人無意中犯罪，在任何事上犯了一條耶和華所吩咐的禁令，

「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。「如果有人無意中觸犯耶和華的誡命，要按以下方式獻贖罪祭。

“你要告訴以色列人說：如果有人在耶和華吩咐不可行的事上無意犯了罪，他必須遵行以下條例中的一樣：

『你要告訴以色列人說：若有人在永恆主所吩咐不可行的事上、誤犯了罪、去行其一件；

告以色列族云、如有人誤干耶和華之命、為所不當為、

宜告以色列族云、如有人誤干我命、為所不當為、則必獻祭、以贖其罪。

爾告以色列人云、主之誡命中、若有人誤犯其一、行所不可行者、則當獻贖罪祭、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ When anyone sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands—

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Suppose someone sins without meaning to. And that person does something the Lord commands us not to do.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, If anyone sins unintentionally in any of the Lord’s commandments about things not to be done, and does any one of them,

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. This is how you are to deal with those who sin unintentionally by doing anything that violates one of the Lord’s commands.

“ Tell the Israelites: When someone sins unintentionally against any of the LORD’s commands and does anything prohibited by them—

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and does any of them,

“ Tell the Israelites: When someone sins unintentionally against any of the Lord’s commands and does anything prohibited by them—

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD[ concerning things] which ought not to be done, and shall do against any of them:

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ When a person sins by straying unintentionally from any of the Lord’s commandments which must not be violated, and violates any one of them–

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them,

And if any one of the common people sin unwittingly, in doing any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and be guilty;

Who can discern his errors? Clear thou me from hidden faults.

And when ye shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which Jehovah hath spoken unto Moses,even all that Jehovah hath commanded you by Moses, from the day that Jehovah gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;then it shall be, if it be done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt- offering, for a sweet savor unto Jehovah, with the meal- offering thereof, and the drink- offering thereof, according to the ordinance, and one he- goat for a sin- offering.And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their oblation, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah, and their sin- offering before Jehovah, for their error:and all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; for in respect of all the people it was done unwittingly.And if one person sin unwittingly, then he shall offer a she- goat a year old for a sin- offering.And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that erreth, when he sinneth unwittingly, before Jehovah, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.Ye shall have one law for him that doeth aught unwittingly, for him that is home- born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

but into the second the high priest alone, once in the year, not without blood, which he offereth for himself, and for the errors of the people:

And this is the case of the manslayer, that shall flee thither and live: whoso killeth his neighbor unawares, and hated him not in time past;

who can bear gently with the ignorant and erring, for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity;

And if the whole congregation of Israel err, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and are guilty;

If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass- offering:and he shall make restitution for that which he hath done amiss in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass- offering, and he shall be forgiven.And if any one sin, and do any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done; though he knew it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation, for a trespass- offering, unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing wherein he erred unwittingly and knew it not, and he shall be forgiven.

When a ruler sinneth, and doeth unwittingly any one of all the things which Jehovah his God hath commanded not to be done, and is guilty;

out of the same mouth cometh forth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

But Jonathan heard not when his father charged the people with the oath: wherefore he put forth the end of the rod that was in his hand, and dipped it in the honeycomb, and put his hand to his mouth; and his eyes were enlightened.

Then Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and wherein have I sinned against thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done.

though I was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: howbeit I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief;
