如其資財、不足備羔、則必緣其所犯之罪、攜鳲鳩二、或雛鴿二、詣耶和華前、一為贖罪之祭、一為燔祭、

如不能備羔、則必攜鳲鳩、或雛鴿二、獻於我前、一為贖罪、一為燔祭、

若無力獻羊、則可因其所犯之罪、用二鳲鳩、或二雛鴿、獻於主為贖愆祭、一為贖罪祭、一為火焚祭、

“‘ Anyone who cannot afford a lamb is to bring two doves or two young pigeons to the Lord as a penalty for their sin— one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

“‘ Suppose they can’t afford a lamb. Then they must get two doves or two young pigeons. They must bring them to the Lord to pay for their sin. One of them is for a sin offering. The other is for a burnt offering.

“ But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation for the sin that he has committed two turtledoves or two pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

“ But if you cannot afford to bring a sheep, you may bring to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons as the penalty for your sin. One of the birds will be for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

“ But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the LORD two turtledoves or two young pigeons as penalty for guilt for his sin— one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

‘ But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young doves, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

‘ If he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord, for his trespass which he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons: one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

And if his means suffice not for a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass- offering for that wherein he hath sinned, two turtle- doves, or two young pigeons, unto Jehovah; one for a sin- offering, and the other for a burnt- offering.

“ But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons as restitution for his sin— one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

“‘ If he cannot afford an animal from the flock, he must bring his penalty for guilt for his sin that he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, to the LORD, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.

“‘ If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

But if she cannot afford a lamb, she is to bring two doves or two young pigeons, one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering. In this way the priest will make atonement for her, and she will be clean.’” (niv)

They are to bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one for the sin offering. He is to wring its head from its neck, not dividing it completely,and is to splash some of the blood of the sin offering against the side of the altar; the rest of the blood must be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering. (niv)

“ If, however, they are poor and cannot afford these, they must take one male lamb as a guilt offering to be waved to make atonement for them, together with a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil for a grain offering, a log of oil,and two doves or two young pigeons, such as they can afford, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. and to offer a sacrifice in keeping with what is said in the Law of the Lord:“ a pair of doves or two young pigeons.” (niv)

Then say to the Israelites:‘ Take a male goat for a sin offering, a calf and a lamb— both a year old and without defect— for a burnt offering, (niv)

The priest is to sacrifice one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. In this way he will make atonement for her before the Lord for the uncleanness of her discharge. (niv)

As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. (niv)

“‘ If the offering to the Lord is a burnt offering of birds, you are to offer a dove or a young pigeon.The priest shall bring it to the altar, wring off the head and burn it on the altar; its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar. (niv)

Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? (niv)

“ I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves. (niv)

From the Israelite community he is to take two male goats for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering. (niv)

“‘ If, however, they cannot afford two doves or two young pigeons, they are to bring as an offering for their sin a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour for a sin offering. They must not put olive oil or incense on it, because it is a sin offering. (niv)

For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have. (niv)

with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased.Then I said,‘ Here I am— it is written about me in the scroll— I have come to do your will, my God.’”First he said,“ Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”— though they were offered in accordance with the law.Then he said,“ Here I am, I have come to do your will.” He sets aside the first to establish the second.And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. On the eighth day he must take two doves or two young pigeons and come before the Lord to the entrance to the tent of meeting and give them to the priest.The priest is to sacrifice them, the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. In this way he will make atonement before the Lord for the man because of his discharge. (niv)
