Moses slaughtered the bull and took some of the blood, and with his finger he put it on all the horns of the altar to purify the altar. He poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. So he consecrated it to make atonement for it.

Moses killed the bull. He dipped his finger into some of the blood. He put it on the horns that stick out from the upper four corners of the altar. He did it to make the altar pure. He poured out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar. So he set it apart to make it pure.

And he killed it, and Moses took the blood, and with his finger put it on the horns of the altar around it and purified the altar and poured out the blood at the base of the altar and consecrated it to make atonement for it.

又要把一些血抹在会幕内，耶和华面前香坛的四个翘角上，再把公牛其余的血全倒在会幕门口燔祭坛的底座上；

从前你们与上帝隔绝，心思上与他为敌，行为邪恶；但如今，他藉着他儿子肉身的死，已经使你们与他自己和好了，把你们献在他的面前，成为圣洁，没有瑕疵，无可指责。

他要按手在供物的头上，在会幕的门口宰了它。亚伦子孙作祭司的，要把血洒在坛的周围。

所以，第一个约也是用血立的。因为摩西当日照着律法将各样诫命传给众百姓，就拿朱红色绒和牛膝草，把牛犊、山羊的血和水洒在书上，又洒在众百姓身上，说：“这血就是上帝与你们立约的凭据。”他又照样把血洒在帐幕和敬拜用的各样器皿上。按着律法，几乎每样东西都是用血洁净的；没有流血，就没有赦罪。这样，照着天上样式做的物件必须用这些礼仪去洁净，但那天上的一切，自然当用更美的祭物去洁净。

祭司要用手指蘸一些祭牲的血，抹在燔祭坛的四个翘角上，再把其余的血全倒在坛的底座上；

“为你百姓和你圣城，已经定了七十个七，要止住罪过，除净罪恶，赎尽罪孽，引进永恒的公义，封住异象和预言，并膏至圣所。

“你要把公牛牵到会幕前，亚伦和他的儿子要按手在公牛的头上。你要在耶和华面前，在会幕的门口宰这公牛。要取些公牛的血，用指头抹在祭坛的四个翘角上，把其余的血全倒在坛的底座上。

若将任何赎罪祭的血带进会幕，为要在圣所赎罪，那肉就不可吃，要用火焚烧。”

一切都是出于上帝；他藉着基督使我们与他和好，又将劝人与他和好的使命赐给我们。这就是：上帝在基督里使世人与自己和好，不将他们的过犯归到他们身上，并且将这和好的信息托付了我们。所以，我们作基督的特使，就好像上帝藉我们劝你们一般。我们替基督求你们，与上帝和好吧！上帝使那无罪的，替我们成为罪，好使我们在他里面成为上帝的义。

因为我们作仇敌的时候，尚且藉着上帝儿子的死得以与上帝和好，既已和好，就更要因他的生得救了。

你要将一头公牛犊作为赎罪祭，交给那近前来事奉我的利未家的祭司撒督的后裔；这是主耶和华说的。你要取那公牛犊的一些血，抹在坛的四角和台座的四角，并周围的边上。你要这样洁净坛，为坛赎罪。你又要将那作赎罪祭的公牛烧在圣所外面，殿的预定之处。次日，要将无残疾的公山羊献为赎罪祭；要洁净坛，像用公牛洁净一样。你洁净了坛，就要将一头无残疾的公牛犊和羊群中一只无残疾的公绵羊奉到耶和华面前。祭司要撒盐在其上，献给耶和华为燔祭。七日内，你要每日献一只公山羊为赎罪祭，也要献一头公牛犊和羊群中的一只公绵羊，都要没有残疾的。七日内祭司要为坛赎罪，使它洁净，把它分别为圣。满了七日，自八日以后，祭司要在坛上献你们的燔祭和平安祭；我必悦纳你们。这是主耶和华说的。”

既在十字架上消灭了冤仇，就藉这十字架使双方归为一体，与上帝和好，

所以，他凡事应当与他的弟兄相同，为要在上帝的事上成为慈悲忠信的大祭司，为百姓的罪献上赎罪祭。

“亚伦为圣所和会幕，以及祭坛赎罪后，就要把那只活的公山羊牵来。

为了赎罪，每天要献一头公牛为赎罪祭。你要为祭坛赎罪，使坛洁净，并要用膏抹坛，使坛成为圣。要为坛赎罪七天，使坛成为圣，坛就成为至圣。凡触摸坛的都成为圣。”

本月初七，你也要为误犯罪的和因无知而犯罪的这样做；你们要为圣殿赎罪。

祭司要用手指蘸一些血，在耶和华面前对着幔子弹七次，又要把一些血抹在会幕内，耶和华面前坛的四个翘角上，再把其余的血全倒在会幕门口燔祭坛的底座上。
