群中有一人、謂耶穌曰；『夫子、請命我兄與我析產。』

Someone in the crowd said to him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

Someone in the crowd spoke to Jesus.“ Teacher,” he said,“ tell my brother to divide the family property with me.”

Someone in the crowd said to him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

Then someone called from the crowd,“ Teacher, please tell my brother to divide our father’s estate with me.”

Someone from the crowd said to him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

Now someone in the crowd said to Him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the family inheritance with me.”

Then one from the crowd said to Him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

And one out of the multitude said unto him, Teacher, bid my brother divide the inheritance with me.

Someone from the crowd said to Him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.

One of the multitude said to him,“ Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. (niv)

and constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. (niv)

My people come to you, as they usually do, and sit before you to hear your words, but they do not put them into practice. Their mouths speak of love, but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain. (niv)

When Simon saw that the Spirit was given at the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them moneyand said,“ Give me also this ability so that everyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit.” (niv)

By your hand save me from such people, Lord, from those of this world whose reward is in this life. May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies; may their children gorge themselves on it, and may there be leftovers for their little ones. (niv)
