Jesus came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives. There the whole crowd of disciples began to praise God with joy. In loud voices they praised him for all the miracles they had seen. They shouted,“ Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!”( Psalm 118:26)“ May there be peace and glory in the highest heaven!”

Every day they met together in the temple courtyard. They ate meals together in their homes. Their hearts were glad and sincere.They praised God. They were respected by all the people. Every day the Lord added to their group those who were being saved.

May the king’s name be remembered forever. May his fame last as long as the sun shines. Then all nations will be blessed because of him. They will call him blessed.Give praise to the Lord God, the God of Israel. Only he can do wonderful things.Give praise to his glorious name forever. May his glory fill the whole earth.
