And He said to them,“ No doubt you will quote this proverb to Me:‘ Physician, heal yourself! All the miracles that we heard were done in Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well.’ ”

他说：“你们必向我说这俗语：‘医生，治好你自己吧！’也必说：‘我们听见你在迦百农所行的一切事，也该在你本乡这里行啊！’”

耶稣对他们说：“你们一定会用这句谚语对我说：‘医生啊，使你自己痊愈吧！’，‘我们听见在迦百农所发生的事，你在你的家乡这里也应该做！’”

耶穌對他們說：『你們一定會引這句俗語對我說：「醫生啊，治好你自己吧！」「凡我們聽見你在迦伯農所行的事，你也該在這裏、在你的家鄉行啊！」』

耶穌對他們說：「你們一定會用這句諺語對我說：『醫生啊，使你自己痊癒吧！』，『我們聽見在迦百農所發生的事，你在你的家鄉這裡也應該做！』」

Jesus said to them,“ Surely you will quote this proverb to me:‘ Physician, heal yourself!’ And you will tell me,‘ Do here in your hometown what we have heard that you did in Capernaum.’”

Jesus said,“ Here is a saying you will certainly apply to me.‘ Doctor, heal yourself!’ And you will tell me this.‘ Do the things here in your hometown that we heard you did in Capernaum.’ ”

And he said to them,“ Doubtless you will quote to me this proverb,‘“ Physician, heal yourself.” What we have heard you did at Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well.’”

Then he said,“ You will undoubtedly quote me this proverb:‘ Physician, heal yourself’— meaning,‘ Do miracles here in your hometown like those you did in Capernaum.’

Then he said to them,“ No doubt you will quote this proverb to me:‘ Doctor, heal yourself. What we’ve heard that took place in Capernaum, do here in your hometown also.’”

He said to them,“ You will surely say this proverb to Me,‘ Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in Your country.’”

And he said unto them, Doubtless ye will say unto me this parable, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in thine own country.

Then He said to them,“ No doubt you will quote this proverb to Me:‘ Doctor, heal yourself. So all we’ve heard that took place in Capernaum, do here in Your hometown also.’”

And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.

Jesus said to them,“ No doubt you will quote to me the proverb,‘ Physician, heal yourself!’ and say,‘ What we have heard that you did in Capernaum, do here in your hometown too.’”

He said to them,“ Doubtless you will tell me this parable,‘ Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in your hometown.’”

Jesus went out from there and* came into His hometown; and His disciples* followed Him.

and leaving Nazareth, He came and settled in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali.

you, therefore, who teach someone else, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that one is not to steal, do you steal?You who say that one is not to commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who loathe idols, do you rob temples?

How can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will be brought down to Hades! For if the miracles that occurred in you had occurred in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.Nevertheless I say to you that it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom on the day of judgment, than for you.”

They* went into Capernaum; and immediately on the Sabbath Jesus entered the synagogue and began to teach.And they were amazed at His teaching; for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.Just then there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,saying,“ What business do you have with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are: the Holy One of God!”And Jesus rebuked him, saying,“ Be quiet, and come out of him!”After throwing him into convulsions and crying out with a loud voice, the unclean spirit came out of him.And they were all amazed, so they debated among themselves, saying,“ What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”Immediately the news about Him spread everywhere into all the surrounding region of Galilee.

And He came to His hometown and began teaching them in their synagogue, with the result that they were astonished, and said,“ Where did this man acquire this wisdom and these miraculous powers?

Therefore He came again to Cana of Galilee, where He had made the water into wine. And there was a royal official whose son was sick at Capernaum.When he heard that Jesus had come from Judea into Galilee, he went to Him and began asking Him to come down and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.Then Jesus said to him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders, you simply will not believe.”The royal official* said to Him,“ Sir, come down before my child dies.”Jesus* said to him,“ Go; your son is alive.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went home.And as he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was alive.So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him,“ Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him,“ Your son is alive”; and he himself believed, and his entire household.

When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus* said to Him,“ They have no wine.”And Jesus* said to her,“ What business do you have with Me, woman? My hour has not yet come.”

And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read.

For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor?Or who has first given to Him, that it would be paid back to him?

Therefore from now on we recognize no one by the flesh; even though we have known Christ by the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer.

So the woman left her waterpot and went into the city, and* said to the people,

When Jesus came back to Capernaum a few days later, it was heard that He was at home.And many were gathered together, so that there was no longer space, not even near the door; and He was speaking the word to them.And some people* came, bringing to Him a man who was paralyzed, carried by four men.And when they were unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and after digging an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralyzed man was lying.And Jesus, seeing their faith,* said to the paralyzed man,“ Son, your sins are forgiven.”But some of the scribes were sitting there and thinking it over in their hearts,“ Why does this man speak that way? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins except God alone?”Immediately Jesus, aware in His spirit that they were thinking that way within themselves,* said to them,“ Why are you thinking about these things in your hearts?Which is easier, to say to the paralyzed man,‘ Your sins are forgiven’; or to say,‘ Get up, and pick up your pallet and walk’?But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”— He* said to the paralyzed man,“ I say to you, get up, pick up your pallet, and go home.”And he got up and immediately picked up the pallet and went out in the sight of everyone, so that they were all amazed and were glorifying God, saying,“ We have never seen anything like this!”

Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.

So His brothers said to Him,“ Move on from here and go into Judea, so that Your disciples also may see Your works which You are doing.For no one does anything in secret when he himself is striving to be known publicly. If You are doing these things, show Yourself to the world.”
