你们便知道我这样告诫你们，是为了维持我与你们祖先利未所立的约。这是万军之耶和华说的。

万军之耶和华说：“这样，你们就知道是我把这命令给你们，使我与利未所立的约得以存留。

这样你们就会知道，是我向你们颁布了这诫命，好使我与利未所立的约得以长存。

你們就知道我傳這誡命給你們，使我與利未所立的約可以常存。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

你們就知道我頒這誡命給你們，使我與利未所立的約可以常存。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

萬軍之耶和華說：“這樣，你們就知道是我把這命令給你們，使我與利未所立的約得以存留。

你們便知道是我傳了這命令給你們，使我的約、跟利未立的、得以長存：這是萬軍之永恆主說的。

這樣你們就會知道，是我向你們頒布了這誡命，好使我與利未所立的約得以長存。

爾則知我傳斯命於爾、乃堅我與利未所立之約、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

使爾知我傳斯命、令爾悔改、而我與利未人所立之約、可以恆存、我萬有之主耶和華已言之矣。

使爾知我傳斯命於爾、致我與利未人所立之約、可以恆存、或作使爾知我曾傳斯命於爾曾與利未人立約萬有之主已言之矣、

And you will know that I have sent you this warning so that my covenant with Levi may continue,” says the Lord Almighty.

You will know that I have given you this warning. I have warned you so that my covenant with Levi will continue,” says the Lord who rules over all.

So shall you know that I have sent this command to you, that my covenant with Levi may stand, says the Lord of hosts.

Then at last you will know it was I who sent you this warning so that my covenant with the Levites can continue,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

Then you will know that I sent you this decree, so that my covenant with Levi may continue,” says the LORD of Armies.

Then you will know that I have sent this commandment to you, so that My covenant may continue with Levi,” says the Lord of armies.

Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That My covenant with Levi may continue,” Says the Lord of hosts.

And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant may be with Levi, saith Jehovah of hosts.

Then you will know that I sent you this decree so My covenant with Levi may continue,” says the Lord of Hosts.

And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’ (niv)

Remember them, my God, because they defiled the priestly office and the covenant of the priesthood and of the Levites. (niv)

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh is to enter my sanctuary, not even the foreigners who live among the Israelites.“‘ The Levites who went far from me when Israel went astray and who wandered from me after their idols must bear the consequences of their sin.They may serve in my sanctuary, having charge of the gates of the temple and serving in it; they may slaughter the burnt offerings and sacrifices for the people and stand before the people and serve them.But because they served them in the presence of their idols and made the people of Israel fall into sin, therefore I have sworn with uplifted hand that they must bear the consequences of their sin, declares the Sovereign Lord.They are not to come near to serve me as priests or come near any of my holy things or my most holy offerings; they must bear the shame of their detestable practices.And I will appoint them to guard the temple for all the work that is to be done in it.“‘ But the Levitical priests, who are descendants of Zadok and who guarded my sanctuary when the Israelites went astray from me, are to come near to minister before me; they are to stand before me to offer sacrifices of fat and blood, declares the Sovereign Lord.They alone are to enter my sanctuary; they alone are to come near my table to minister before me and serve me as guards. (niv)

I will purge you of those who revolt and rebel against me. Although I will bring them out of the land where they are living, yet they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.“‘ As for you, people of Israel, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Go and serve your idols, every one of you! But afterward you will surely listen to me and no longer profane my holy name with your gifts and idols.For on my holy mountain, the high mountain of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord, there in the land all the people of Israel will serve me, and there I will accept them. There I will require your offerings and your choice gifts, along with all your holy sacrifices.I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will be proved holy through you in the sight of the nations. (niv)

Therefore the Lord, the Lord Almighty, the Mighty One of Israel, declares:“ Ah! I will vent my wrath on my foes and avenge myself on my enemies.I will turn my hand against you; I will thoroughly purge away your dross and remove all your impurities.I will restore your leaders as in days of old, your rulers as at the beginning. Afterward you will be called the City of Righteousness, the Faithful City.”Zion will be delivered with justice, her penitent ones with righteousness.But rebels and sinners will both be broken, and those who forsake the Lord will perish. (niv)

‘ Even the dust of your town we wipe from our feet as a warning to you. Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God has come near.’ (niv)

By this, then, will Jacob’s guilt be atoned for, and this will be the full fruit of the removal of his sin: When he makes all the altar stones to be like limestone crushed to pieces, no Asherah poles or incense altars will be left standing. (niv)

He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. (niv)

His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” (niv)

Lord, your hand is lifted high, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people and be put to shame; let the fire reserved for your enemies consume them. (niv)

Micaiah replied,“ You will find out on the day you go to hide in an inner room.” (niv)

“ When all this comes true— and it surely will— then they will know that a prophet has been among them.” (niv)

“ Take the Levites in place of all the firstborn of Israel, and the livestock of the Levites in place of their livestock. The Levites are to be mine. I am the Lord. (niv)
