迦百農乎、爾曾得升至天、又將推落暗府、蓋在爾中所施異能、若施於所多馬、則彼邑今日猶存、

加伯農乎、爾會得升至天、後必墮於地獄、蓋在爾中所施之異能、若施於所多瑪、則於今日尚存、

葛法農乎、爾欲蒙陟而登青雲乎？爾必被降而入冥獄也。蓋設令爾中所行神蹟、行於瑣同、則彼邑至今應猶依然無恙耳。

And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to the heavens? No, you will go down to Hades. For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.

And what about you, Capernaum? Will you be lifted to the heavens? No! You will go down to the place of the dead. Suppose the miracles done in you had been done in Sodom. It would still be here today.

And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You will be brought down to Hades. For if the mighty works done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

“ And you people of Capernaum, will you be honored in heaven? No, you will go down to the place of the dead. For if the miracles I did for you had been done in wicked Sodom, it would still be here today.

And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will go down to Hades. For if the miracles that were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until today.

And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will be brought down to Hades! For if the miracles that occurred in you had occurred in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.

And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

And thou, Capernaum, shalt thou be exalted unto heaven? thou shalt go down unto Hades: for if the mighty works had been done in Sodom which were done in thee, it would have remained until this day.

And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You will go down to Hades. For if the miracles that were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until today.

去拿撒勒至迦百農居焉、其地濱海、在西布倫拿弗他利境、

爾心自謂、我將升天、設位於上帝諸星之上、坐於北極聚會之山、騰越雲霄、與至上者比擬、然爾必下陰府、墮於至深之坑、

耶穌復至加利利之迦拿、即其以水變酒之處、有王臣某、其子病於迦百農、聞耶穌自猶太至加利利、遂詣之、求往醫其子、因瀕死矣、耶穌曰、不見異蹟奇事、爾曹必不信也、王臣曰、主、我子尚未死、請往焉、曰、往哉、爾子生矣、其人信耶穌之言而往、行時、其僕迎之、言其子生矣、問其病瘳於何時、對曰、日昨未刻熱退、父知即耶穌言爾子生之時、於是己及舉家皆信焉、耶穌自猶太至加利利所行異蹟、此其二也、

耶和華自天雨火硫於所多瑪、蛾摩拉、於是城邑、平壤、居民、及土所產、無不毀滅、

所多瑪人作惡、重獲罪於耶和華、○

蓋凡自高者、將卑之、自卑者、將高之也、○

夫上帝既不惜干罪之天使、投之暗府、付之幽坎、守以待鞫、又不惜上古之世、降洪水於不虔者、惟存宣義之挪亞八人、又灰燼所多瑪蛾摩拉二邑、以傾陷定其罪、以為後之不虔者鑒、惟拯義者羅得、即以惡人之淫佚為殷憂者、蓋此義者居其中、且見且聞、以其不法之行、日傷公義之心、主知拯虔者於試中、而留不義者於刑下、以待鞫日、

耶穌曰、爾必引斯諺語我云、醫當自醫、我聞爾行之於迦百農者、亦當行之於故土、

吾又語汝、爾乃彼得、我將建我會於此磐、而陰府之權、不能勝之、

以爾不遺吾魂於陰府、不使爾聖者見腐、

爾雖高居如鷹、結巢星間、我必使爾下墜、耶和華言之矣、

主奚忿怒、以雲蔽郇女兮、以色列之榮華、自天擲地兮、發怒之日、不念其足几兮、

至迦百農、有收丁稅者、就彼得曰、爾師輸丁稅乎、

主耶和華曰、我指己生而誓、爾妹所多瑪、及其眾女、未行爾暨眾女所行、爾妹所多瑪、與其眾女之罪、乃驕傲、飽食、安居、亦不濟助貧乏、且亦驕泰、行可惡之事於我前、我見此、則袪之、

我擲之於陰府、與歸墓者相偕、列國聞其下墜之聲、靡不震動、伊甸諸木、利巴嫩之佳樹、凡得灌溉者、咸受慰於地之深處、彼眾素為其臂、於列國中居其蔭下、偕之歸於陰府、至戮於刃者之所、○

入迦百農、有百夫長就而求曰、

又如所多瑪蛾摩拉及四鄰之邑亦效之、縱淫亂、耽異色、則舉以為戒、而受永火之刑、

屍仆大邑之衢、斯邑譬之所多瑪與埃及、即其主釘十架之處也、

人子歟、當為推羅王作哀歌、謂之曰、主耶和華云、爾純全如玉印、智慧充足、美麗完備、爾居於伊甸上帝囿、以珍寶為飾、即瑪瑙、淡黃玉、金鋼石、水蒼玉、碧玉、璧玉、藍玉、青玉、葱珩、及金、爾受造之日、鼗簫兼備、爾為基路伯、展翼以覆庇、我置爾於上帝聖山、遊於光輝寶玉之間、爾自受造之日、所為完全、迨著爾之不義、爾因貿易之盛、遂行強暴、而干罪戾、我則視爾為污、逐爾出上帝之山、展翼之基路伯乎、我滅爾於光輝寶玉之間、爾因美麗、中心驕泰、爾之榮光、敗爾智慧、我必仆爾於地、置爾於列王前、為其目睹、爾罪眾多、貿易不公、污爾聖所、故我使火出自爾中、滅爾成灰於地、俾眾目睹、列邦素識爾者、咸為駭異、爾歸滅沒、永不復振、○

陰間痛苦之際、舉目遙見亞伯拉罕、有拉撒路在其懷、
