上帝創造之物都是好的；用感謝心領受，沒有一樣是可棄的；因為藉着上帝的話語和人的祈求、已成聖別了。

所以你們或喫或喝，或作甚麼事，都要為上帝的榮耀而作。

他們就把石頭挪開。耶穌舉目向上說：「父啊，我感謝你，因為你聽了我。

記念日子的人懷念着主而記念；喫的人懷念着主而喫，因為他感謝上帝；不喫的人也懷念着主而不喫，他也感謝上帝。

耶穌就吩咐他們大家、要一組一組地坐在青草地上。

他們喫的時候，耶穌拿着餅，祝頌，擘開，給予門徒，說：『你們拿着喫；這是我的身體。』他又拿着杯，祝謝了，給予他們，說：『你們大家都要喝；

祝謝擘開說：『這是我的身體，是為了你們而捨的；你們要這樣行，來記念我。』

耶穌囑咐羣眾坐在地上；就拿着那七個餅，祝謝、擘開，連續地給門徒，叫他們擺上；他們就擺在羣眾面前。還有幾條小魚；耶穌為了小魚而祝頌，就吩咐這些也要擺上。

凡你們所作的、無論是甚麼、在言語上或行為上、都要奉主耶穌的名去作，藉着他而感謝父上帝。

不過有幾隻從提庇哩亞來的小船靠近主祝謝了以後眾人喫餅的地方）。

他又拿着餅，祝謝擘開，給予他們說：『這是我的身體。』

望天歎息，對他說：『以法大！』就是說：『敞開吧！』

耶穌便拿這五個餅兩條魚，望着天祝頌，擘開，連續地給門徒，去擺在羣眾面前。

耶穌說：『叫人坐下！』那地方原有很多草。人就坐下，數目約有五千。於是耶穌拿了餅，祝謝，分給坐着的人；小魚也這樣，隨着他們所願意要的。

我們所祝頌的杯、豈不是讓我們一同有分於基督的血麼？我們所擘開的餅、豈不是讓我們一同有分於基督的身體麼？

他們喫的時候，耶穌拿着餅，祝頌、擘開，給予他們，說：『你們拿吧；這是我的身體。』他又拿着杯、祝謝了，給予他們；大家都喝了。

當時約有五千人。耶穌就對門徒說：『叫他們一排一排地坐下，每一排大約有五十個人。』

他就囑咐羣眾坐在地上，便拿着那七個餅和那幾條魚，祝謝，擘開，連續地給門徒，門徒又給羣眾。
