「不可欺壓你的鄰舍，也不可偷盜。雇工的工錢不可在你那裏過夜，留到早晨。

要當日給他工錢，不可等到日落，因為他困苦，需要靠工錢過活，免得他因你的緣故求告耶和華，罪就歸於你了。

他們就挨近約瑟的管家，在屋子門口和他說話，

監督既然是神的管家，必須無可指責、不自負、不暴躁、不酗酒、不好鬥、不貪財；

我又看見一個白色的大寶座和那坐在上面的；天和地都從他面前逃避，再也找不到它們的位置了。我又看見死了的人，無論大小，都站在寶座前。案卷都展開了，並另有一卷展開，就是生命冊。死了的人都憑着這些案卷所記載的，照他們所行的受審判。

他要照各人的行為報應各人。凡恆心行善，尋求榮耀、尊貴和不能朽壞的，就有永生報償他們；但是那些自私自利、不順從真理、反順從不義的人，就有惱恨、憤怒報應他們。他要把患難、困苦加給一切作惡的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人；卻把榮耀、尊貴、平安加給一切行善的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

撒雜草的仇敵就是魔鬼，收割的時候就是世代的終結，收割的人就是天使。正如把雜草拔出來用火焚燒，世代的終結也要如此。

「當人子在他榮耀裏，同着眾天使來臨的時候，要坐在他榮耀的寶座上。

因為我們眾人必須站在基督審判臺前受審，為使各人按着本身所行的，或善或惡受報。

主說：「那麼，誰是那忠心又精明的管家，主人要派他管理自己的家僕，按時定量分糧給他們的呢？

同樣，基督既然一次獻上，擔當了許多人的罪，將來要第二次顯現，與罪無關，而是為了拯救熱切等候他的人。

你們要住在那家，吃喝他們所供給的，因為工人得工錢是應當的；不要從這家搬到那家。

又有希律的管家苦撒的妻子約亞拿，和蘇撒拿以及好些別的婦女，她們都是用自己的財物供給耶穌和使徒。

耶穌又對門徒說：「某財主有一個管家，有人向主人告管家浪費他的財物。主人叫他來，對他說：『我聽到了，你做的是甚麼事？把你所經管的交代清楚，你不能再作我的管家了。』

亞伯蘭說：「主耶和華啊，我還沒有兒子，你能賜我甚麼呢？承受我家業的是大馬士革人以利以謝。」

人應該把我們看為基督的執事，為神的奧祕的管家。所求於管家的，是要他忠心。

約瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，主人派他管理家務，把一切所有的都交在他手裏。自從主人派約瑟管理家務和他一切所有的，耶和華就因約瑟的緣故賜福給那埃及人的家；凡家裏和田間一切所有的，都蒙耶和華賜福。波提乏把他一切所有的都交在約瑟手中，除了自己所吃的食物，其他的事一概不知。約瑟英俊健美。

過了許久，那些僕人的主人來了，和他們算賬。

人人要照自己所得的恩賜彼此服事，作神各種恩賜的好管家。
