所以，不要憂慮，說：『我們吃甚麼？喝甚麼？穿甚麼？』

所以，不要忧虑说，吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？

所以你們不要掛慮說：「我們要喫甚麼？」或「要喝甚麼？」或是「要披戴甚麼？」

所以不要憂慮，說『我們吃什麼？喝什麼？穿什麼？』

故勿慮何以食、何以飲、何以衣、

故勿慮云、何以食、何以飲、何以衣、

故毋事憂慮、曰吾將何食何飲何以敝體。

So do not worry, saying,‘ What shall we eat?’ or‘ What shall we drink?’ or‘ What shall we wear?’

So don’t worry. Don’t say,‘ What will we eat?’ Or,‘ What will we drink?’ Or,‘ What will we wear?’

Therefore do not be anxious, saying,‘ What shall we eat?’ or‘ What shall we drink?’ or‘ What shall we wear?’

“ So don’t worry about these things, saying,‘ What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’

So don’t worry, saying,‘ What will we eat?’ or‘ What will we drink?’ or‘ What will we wear?’

Do not worry then, saying,‘ What are we to eat?’ or‘ What are we to drink?’ or‘ What are we to wear for clothing?’

“ Therefore do not worry, saying,‘ What shall we eat?’ or‘ What shall we drink?’ or‘ What shall we wear?’

Be not therefore anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

So don’t worry, saying,‘ What will we eat?’ or‘ What will we drink?’ or‘ What will we wear?’

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

So then, don’t worry saying,‘ What will we eat?’ or‘ What will we drink?’ or‘ What will we wear?’

“ Therefore don’t be anxious, saying,‘ What will we eat?’,‘ What will we drink?’ or,‘ With what will we be clothed?’

你們要將一切的憂慮卸給神，因為他顧念你們。

你們不要求吃甚麼，喝甚麼，也不要掛慮。

你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華，他必扶持你，他永不叫義人動搖。

門徒說：「我們在這野地，哪裏有這麼多的餅讓這許多人吃飽呢？」

你當倚靠耶和華而行善，安居地上，以他的信實為糧；

耶穌卻回答說：「經上記着：『人活着，不是單靠食物，乃是靠神口裏所出的一切話。』」

亞瑪謝問神人：「我給了以色列軍隊的那一百他連得銀子怎麼樣呢？」神人回答：「耶和華會把比這些更多的賜給你。」

他們心中試探神，隨自己所欲的求食物，並且妄論神說：「神豈能在曠野擺設筵席嗎？他雖曾擊打磐石，使水湧出，如江河氾濫；他還能賜糧食嗎？還能為他的百姓預備吃的肉嗎？」所以，耶和華聽見就發怒，有烈火向雅各點燃，有怒氣向以色列上騰；因為他們不信服神，不倚賴他的拯救。然而他卻吩咐天空，又敞開天上的門，降嗎哪像雨，給他們吃，將天上的糧食賜給他們。各人就吃大能者的食物；他賜下糧食，使他們飽足。他令東風吹在天空，用能力引來南風。他降肉像雨，多如塵土，降飛鳥，多如海沙，落在他自己的營中，在他帳幕的四周圍。他們吃了，而且飽足；這樣就隨了他們所欲的。但在他們滿足食慾以前，食物還在他們口中的時候，神的怒氣就向他們上騰，殺了他們當中肥壯的人，打倒以色列的青年。

你們若說：『看哪，第七年我們不耕種，也不收藏農作物，我們吃甚麼呢？』我必在第六年發令賜福給你們，地就長出三年的農作物來。第八年你們要耕種，也要吃陳糧；等到第九年農作物收成的時候，你們還有陳糧吃。」
