“ Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

“ Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.

“ You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.

There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. (niv)

Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. (niv)

Leave your simple ways and you will live; walk in the way of insight.” (niv)

Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. (niv)

For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?And,“ If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?” (niv)

Therefore,“ Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” (niv)

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. (niv)

God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. (niv)

Peter replied,“ Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off— for all whom the Lord our God will call.”With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them,“ Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” (niv)

For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin.As it is written:“ There is no one righteous, not even one;there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.”“ Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.”“ The poison of vipers is on their lips.”“ Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.”“ Their feet are swift to shed blood;ruin and misery mark their ways,and the way of peace they do not know.”“ There is no fear of God before their eyes.”Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast— all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world. (niv)

The great dragon was hurled down— that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. (niv)

What if God, although choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath— prepared for destruction? (niv)

“ Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” (niv)

Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. (niv)

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, (niv)

He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might (niv)

“ Then he will say to those on his left,‘ Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. (niv)

Her house is a highway to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death. (niv)

The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. (niv)

We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. (niv)

The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. (niv)

As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him,“ Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters— one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”( He did not know what he was saying.) (niv)
